The service was excellent!! Everything was great, and done in a timely manner. The cleaning products smell very good, and brighten up the facility. I strongly recommend Two Maids and a Mop cleaning services to anyone who desires or needs a cleaning service.

Our previous cleaning service started dropping the ball on us, so we ended up switching our service and we are happy we switch with Two maids. They are consistent and thorough, communication is easy and we will continue to use them.

I loved their service! They did a great job. This is the cleanest my house has been in a while. I appreciate them very much. Would recommend!

Nicole sent her team out and they were incredible. My tenants left my rental place a mess and they were able to come out and clean at the last minute. I was impressed and will be using them again.

Two Maids did a great job!! I appreciated that they sent 3 maids this visit. September did an excellent job in the bathrooms and Andrea was awesome in the kitchen. I was pleased with every aspect of the clean.

I was particularly pleased with the level of detail they took in deep cleaning my house. They went above and in order to make sure that every corner was cleaned and that all the dust and dirt was removed. In addition to cleaning, they also did some extra work such as thorough dusting and very clean baseboards.

Two Maids have been so helpful to us, with our busy schedule I like how I can schedule an on demand clean when needed. Easy to book and with Nicole and she communicates well with her team to get my needs met.

I reached out to this company via their website and provided all of the information requested. I received a text asking for more information so I responded via text asking them to let me know what additional information is needed. I then received a reply, asking for the exact same information that I completed on their website. I did not make a big deal out of it. I just provided the same information once again and then received another text stating they needed more information from me and to give them a call. So once again AI reached out. The person that I have been corresponding with the entire time was Nicole. When I called her she asked me for the exact same information again - how many rooms, how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms. At this point I was a tad flustered, BUT I just politely said OK I’ll give you this information, however; I’ve already provided it previously. Nicole then she says “no worries I’m gonna go back and pull that information and give you a call back for a quote in one hour”. I never heard back from Nicole. Two days later I received a text from her as if she never has spoken with me before asking if I needed their services. This is when I let my frustration show. If they are this unorganized why would I allow them in my home? I’ll keep looking for service. The end.

Two Maids was super communicative and professional during their visit! This was my first time ever using a maid service, so I was little skeptical. It is hard finding a maid service you can trust, so I definitely intend to utilize them again in the future!!

The team did a great job. They were pleasant and worked hard. Rachel did an amazing job on my kitchen. Very pleased with my cleaning services I received! I highly recommend!!!!

I am really impressed with the quality of work that was performed. My house looks and smelled so clean!!! There were no spots left uncovered. They cleaned everything. I am in awe….I was skeptical at first before using them however they have won me over.. The maids were so respectful…I could go on and on….simply the best. I’m glad you guys came to Memphis.

The kindest and most caring owner. Staff very professional. Did a great job in an awful situation. Needed deep deep cleaning. I did not think it could be cleaned to the degree needed to move out and they did it! I am more than grateful. I highly recommend Nicole and her team. They went above and beyond!

Outstanding services for an amazingly fair price. I had my bathrooms, den and laundry room cleaned and I am very pleased with the service provided. My windows looked 30 years younger because of how clean it was.I can’t wait until my next service. Thanks so much, see you again!

Didn't listen when we took them around the house showing them what to dust, blinds were barley touched and my shelves in my bedroom which I let them know to dust was not dusted at all, it just seems they moved around my appliances and made my picture frames crooked to appear they cleaned and dusted..they were here for at least 4 hours and there is absolutely no way they were cleaning the entire time. I'm very disappointed in their work.bathroom shower was not cleaned as we specifically told them to do.i spent 591 on a deep cleaning and maybe got 50 dollars worth of effort. We told them we would be back for a walk through and they will contact us 45 minutes before they were done. They never called and left without warning. Never would I recommend this company.this is exactly what we came home too yesterday June 30th

I used Cleaning Authority for years, then moved to a county that they did not service. I recently moved again and was delighted to find they were available here! Using a two person team means the work is done in half the time, and the price is affordable. And having a staff of teams means no skipped cleanings due to sick days or cars not starting. What a great business model for a cleaning company! Very satisfied!

The initial cleans divide the deep cleaning into two sessions. The first session was good except they did not touch the kitchen, living room, dining room, or bonus room floors. I called and was told that they would be sure to get it the next deep clean. They still did not do it then. Or dust the plantation shutters or vacuum the corners of the bedrooms. They cover up lack of cleaning with fancy towel and toilet paper folding and other gestures.
The worst part is I called to inform them and thought they would honor their guarantee that they come back out the next day to clean it right. I called three days in a row and was told each time someone would call me back. The system is impossible. You can only reach a call service and never anyone directly in charge. I emailed the “manager” of the Memphis franchise and she responded that she would discount my next cleaning. I have no faith in this company since the floors were not cleaned at all for two “deep cleanings” and they clearly do not honor their guarantees or call back when they say they will. I am now trying to get a partial refund from them for the services they did not do which is difficult since you can’t actually reach someone with the authority to do that. I will never use them again after such poor cleaning and customer service and I’ve told all my friends as well.

After calling this company over and over about the same issue. I am done with them.

doors in bathrooms were not cleaned very well even though they were supposed to receive "extra attention" on this visit according to cleaning plan. I had to clean the doors myself to remove noticeable dirt and stains. Floors in computer office were not swept well. I picked up hair and other dirt with my hands because it was easy to see. Rest of work looked ok, but not worth the cost of the service. If this level of service continues on our next visit in two weeks, we may have to consider alternatives.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for 9 months and they have done a great job. Communication with the office is great; Christy always gets back with me when I need to revise my cleaning dates. I have had several different teams of cleaners, but some of them the same, and all have done a good job. I am currently receiving monthly cleanings and it is working out well.
