Service was great, and the finished product was fantastic. They were able to install a completely in-ground system for my entire yard (front and back) including the smaller grassy areas between the sidewalk and street. Kenny and his team take care of everything from marking utilities, getting permits, installing backflow preventers, etc. Installation took about 4 days from beginning to end, and they helped walk me through how to operate the system once they were done.

Young man that did our work was great! When out of his way to make sure everything was working as it should. Will certainly use your company for all my future work.

Edward came to fix a problem where some other craftsmen had dug up an area and damaged a zone of our sprinklers. You could not have a better representative of Mid South Irrigation. He is super knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing and repairing our Rain Bird system. You are fortunate to have Edward working for you, and I noticed his professionalism and appreciate the company and service you provide.

Called and advertised Irrigation. Minimum $7,500. Second call they don't do just irrigation. I call this false advertisement. Never looked at job or scope of job. Poor communication. Feel like they only want high end $20,000 dollar jobs and don't want to get their hands dirty! I'll never call back or recommend.

I was surprised that they were able to come out the same day that I called to repair a broken underground valve, especially since subzero temperatures were predicted for the next several days. Their team member Corey was exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. I was also surprised that the cost was lower than I was anticipating since we did not have a contract nor had used them in the past. Definitely will call them again for any future irrigation needs.

On time and the tech calls to let us know he is here. Happy with the install and yearly winterizing of our irrigation system.

I reached out to them, and they responded immediately, scheduling a visit to fix the problem without any hesitation. My technician’s performance and professional was exceptional. He went over and above in service. We spoke on the phone and I advised him on the specific settings. My great technician sent me a video of himself setting the unit just in case I wanted to change it. 5 STARS

Just put in a memorial garden in honor of my mom. I had existing sprinklers in this area but it made no sense after tearing everything out and raising the bed. In fact, when the landscape folks came to raise the bed, they buried 3 heads deep and one under a tree planted last year over it. Mr Kenny, Tyler, and Juan came out and found the heads, came up with a plan, and Juan stayed and did the fixing. He was artist in making sure he placed new heads where necessary. He moved others—surgically moving landscape and putting it back—including plants and stone. It was not an easy job but he made it look easy. The original quote was for $1800-2100 which was expensive but included having to add another zone. As it turned out, they were able to save time and a lot of money not adding a zone and accomplishing the same end goal for about $1100. I really appreciated them considering cost. Catherine in the office was very responsive too even though they are very busy. Took a while to get on their schedule but very pleased with every aspect and will use them again 👍 Thanks y’all!

We sure would be hurting without this system for watering! It works great! The technician that comes to check and ensure the system is working properly is great and I love chatting with him! I highly recommend Mid South! My yard says “thank you “!!

Juan and the entire crew did an excellent job on expanding my system. They showed up on time got started and did the installation perfect, and when they left the project, everything was cleaned up very neat.
