My pipe busted outside and they tried everything in their power to get somebody out to assist.. due to weather conditions they were not able . The agent called everyone.. she advised that I At least keep the appointment scheduled just in case I am unable to find anyone that night.. I am sure glad I did.. They came out and fixed the burst pipe within 20 minutes the next day.. they were so helpful and concern throughout my entire experience.. well done

Was hoping to have new kitchen faucet installed, bathroom faucet leak repaired and bathroom whistling noise addressed. Due to repair cost shock we declined any service. $1,455.00!

Made appointment because my 22 year old system was shot. Discussed needs, install, and repair to main duct. Came out quickly, installed new system, but did NOT replace main duct. Called several times and got “I’ll forward this and someone will call you back.” Going on 4 months. Still waiting for them to call me back. Initial service was great, but once they got my money, they were gone.

Update: Conway replied to my review, but after three more attempts to get a Supervisor to “call me back” with ZERO RESPONSE, I am looking into alternative measures to get this resolved. $16,000 paid, completed contract still pending.

I requested a quote from Conway to replace a hot water heater in a 20 year old home that was not leaking. The quote was $4,650 with a "senior discount" of $697 off the $4650. I assume all the great reviews are likely generated and not earned because most people I know wouldn't allow themselves to be financially taken advantage with ridiculously high quotes. I ended up using Hugo's in Bartlett for $2100 and they moved a vent in my roof to accommodate a larger hot water heater. It took them two hours to complete the job. Compensation on a two hour job would have been close to $1000 per hour. My advice....."don't be a fool with your money".

Marcus was efficient and explained what he was doing, while allowing me to watch. He unstopped the sink and alerted me to possibilities down the road.

No shoe covers on a cloudy/rainy day.

Zach was an excellent technician and got the job done fast. He obviously knows what he’s doing because he was able to figure out and troubleshoot the electrical problem quickly, make the repair and get our electricity working again in less than an hour! He’s very professional and knows his stuff! Thank you Zack!

Our furnace was giving off a burning smell and we weren’t sure what to do. Not only did Conway have a tech come out to check it out within the hour BUT we had the best service tech. Adam Jacobo was highly knowledgeable and really put our worries to rest. He tested all the wires and did every service to make sure we were set. I am so happy I chose Conway and I will absolutely be asking for Adam if we have any issues in the future.

Excellent service and great staff!! We had to get our hot water heater replaced and it was a super easy process because of everyone involved. Scott explained everything and helped us decide what option to choose. James and DeWayne were extremely diligent in ensuring everything got done correctly and as quickly as possible. I'm very impressed. Highly recommend!

Update: I smelled gas near the water heater in our attic, so I called Conway and they sent someone out really quickly and it wasn't their work leaking, but they still fixed it. I'm switching all my HVAC and plumbing (and electrical) to Conway!

Johnathan Geiger did a great job with my evaluation he was super nice and friendly.

Kentrell was very attentive and kind when he installed the part that was being replaced.

Both of them made the process much less stressful than I expected.

Brian’s Customer Service was excellent….this evening while inspecting the HVAC at my home……questions and answers was on point…

I used Conway after going through Lowe’s. Our tech, Tommy, was very nice and helpful. He completed the job quickly and explained what he did very thoroughly while tuning our furnace for the year. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend them.

As many homeowners usually are when something breaks in our home I was dreading calling for service as I was afraid of a long wait, expensive bill and newly revealed issues. Calling Conway was nothing I expected. The call was less than 5 minutes and I had a technician conveniently scheduled for me after work at 6pm. It was only $89 for him to come out. Let’s talk about the highlight, Mr. Brayden, that young man was gods gift. Not only was he friendly, patient and professional but extremely knowledgeable and excited to educate us on our system. He was phenomenal to say the least. Thanks to Brayden and the Conway team this experience exceeded my expectations and I’m a customer for life now. Thank you Brayden and thank you Conway.

If you ever wonder if being a comfort member is worth it today I can tell you it was a big cost savings. The gas valve was still under warranty. As a family with a child big expense are always concerning and today Conway did what they said they would do.

Here is your warning.. I purchased a brand new unit ($15k) plus I have their maintenance package which when you have issues you are supposed to be prioritized to the front. my air is not working on the unit I purchase from conway and they are giving me the run around on getting someone out here to fix it. I served in Iraq for 4 tours so me and the heat do not agree with each other. If you are looking for a company that will make you value every dollar you spend this is NOT the company. find a different company.

I called to have the valves and lines looked at in the back of my dishwasher because I had a serious leak. The appointment was scheduled and the technician showed up as scheduled. He informed that my request was entered as a hot water leak and that they do not work on appliances.
Conway still charged me for the service call but at a 50% reduction. Are you kidding me? I should not have been charged at all. Their customer service agent should have told me on the front end that they did not service dishwashers I did call Travis who is a manager at Conway and he did give me a full credit

My service person Melvin was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. He did not treat me like a sales call, actually provided condition of my system and options for upgrading. He also showed concern for me and my family’s safety. Awesome professional! Kudos Conway!!

well, the service itself was quick and fine but now I have to pay someone to come unstick my attic door that the repairman could not get closed. So I’m actually going to have to pay money for a free service that I got.

I highly recommend Conway services. Marvin and JoJo were great 👍. I had a toilet back up and snaked it myself to discover roots.
They spent the time to locate my sewer line with the cleanouts. They also advised on legitimate problems with possible options on solutions.
I have a background in the trades, so I only call if it cannot be solved under rare circumstances. Marvin and JoJo know their craft.

I would recommend to manage your problem at reasonable prices.
