The agent called everyone.. she advised that I At least keep the appointment scheduled just in case I am unable to find anyone that night.. I am sure glad I did..     Was hoping to have new kitchen faucet installed, bathroom faucet leak repaired and bathroom whistling noise addressed. Due to repair cost shock we declined any service. $1,455.00! We would give Jacob Knight a 5 star rating. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The 1 star rating is for pricing.

    Made appointment because my 22 year old system was shot. Discussed needs, install, and repair to main duct. Came out quickly, installed new system, but did NOT replace main duct. Called several times and got “I’ll forward this and someone will call you back.” Going on 4 months. Still waiting for them to call me back. Initial service was great, but once they got my money, they were gone. Update: Conway replied to my review, but after three more attempts to get a Supervisor to “call me back” with ZERO RESPONSE, I am looking into alternative measures to get this resolved. $16,000 paid, completed contract still pending.
