    I paid $499 to unclog a pipe. The technician came and cut into my pipe and snaked it. It caused one of my two toilets to flush. He did not address the second toilet which is directly above the clog. Neither toilet flushes and I still have water/waste backing into both upstair bathrooms. I need this resolved immediately. I am a longtime Choate's customer and I am livid at this service.

    The tech quoted a new HVAC system and did not even offer or attempt to fix the issue. Another reputable company fixed the issue charging less than half of the $385 charge Choate's demanded. The customer service representative that returned my call was very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. In my experience they do not care for customers, only cashing your check regardless of service.
