Chris, was very nice and knowledgeable about my heat pump. Found problem right away told me what the cause was. Replaced the circuit breaker for my emergency heat. Explained everything I am very satisfied with the work he did.

Michael was prompt, attentive and very concerned about my plumbing issues. He took the time to analyze my many months old problem and fixed it!!!
If I ever have another plumbing issue he is the person I am going to ask for!

Justin was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did a great job and I will be requesting him for any further services that I need.

Nicholas Tower, did a wonderful job servicing our AC unit and was a good listener for my husband loves to talk,lol. Nicholas did a great job informing us on how to keep our unit working well.

Kyle of Crossville Heating and Cooling serviced our units recently and did a fantastic job! He was prompt, efficient and friendly! I appreciated his honesty, he was a true professional!

Nicholas was a thorough technician and explained everything really well. We've been using Crossville Heating and Cooling for several years and have always had a great experience.

I was told they would clean all ducks and returns with the duck cleaning. That didn’t happen!!! The service work they did was not done properly, I got another company to co and they did the service work over and it shocked us to see what he got out of the unit. Then after they cleaned the ducks and did the service work two days later the unit stopped working and the temperature was in the teens and low 20’s. I got them back to see what happened and I was told by the technician he could repair it for 1800.00 or put anew unit in for 4800.00. So I decided to call another company and they came and repaired it for 400.00 and it’s been working perfect since and it took him 30 minutes or less to put the new parts in and then he told me that all parts were under warranty and they didn’t charge anything for the parts with a new warranty on them. Seems they were going to charge us anywhere from 1800.00 to 4800.00 for labor only . I won’t be using them again but my wife and I are in our upper 70’s and on a fixed income but they didn’t act as if they cared either way. I was just released from Hospital from heart surgery and I’ll be out of commission for about two months with rehab etc. And it worries me that if something happens to me these companies like this would bankrupt my wife and family for the dollars!!!!!! SAD I may publish this also in the local paper and call the Local News in Knoxville.

Had no AC Christopher Thompson came and got it running after he got the parts late and away from his family. He is great and I see he cares for the customers especially the ones with dogs cause I gave a dog.

Christopher Thompson is a 5-Star Technician. He is very thorough and does an excellent job. He happily came out after office AI/customer service/dispatch oops’d on our appt twice. I would rate the company as 4 stars overall today. But, they did make it right at the end of the day.

Kyle Bramkamp was my technician today and I was so incredibly happy with his consideration for not only my home but my pets while he was here. He made sure to let me know truthfully what was going on and the best way to go about the issues. I hope he is my guy next time! Thank you!

Michael Rose did a great job cleaning and testing my unit. He also said he would get me the part that the installers forgot to put on. He was polite, efficient and friendly. I appreciated that. This visit was included in my contract.

Michael arrived on time as scheduled. He was friendly and thorough. Showing me pictures of what he was seeing and explained service needed clearly. We actually had changed to another service provider previously but Michael won our business back.

I had an excellent experience with this company rep Corey C. That came out . I had duct issues and a leak issue and this company was able to schedule me the first day after my call . Corey was able to see me earlier the day I was scheduled due to a later appt. I had .( which I appreciated ) He diagnosed the problem and was efficient an explained everything that was going on and was patient with my questions . He prompt and professional . I will recommend him every time .

Recently had a new split system installed. The two young gentleman that showed up to do the work that day were both efficient, hard-working, cleaned up their mess and took the time to explain the new system along with a new thermostat. Inspector showed up a few days later and commended. What a good job they had done and that everything looks great I couldn’t be happier because now my bills will go down!

From the estimate to the installation, everyone we spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Corey helped us with our estimate, and Jared and Koby did our installation. They were all very thorough. They did a great job on the install and stayed late to make sure everything was done right. We are incredibly impressed and definitely recommend them for heating and a/c needs.

Justin Richwine was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable. Would request that Justin can be our regular technician in the future. Also will highly recommend Crossville HVAC.

Our second service call was with William and Beau. They were both very nice and seriously knew what they were doing. Did a super job and enjoyed having them in our home.

Had a new generator installed. Chris and Travis were great! Still questioning the gas line length needed according to the salesman from 2 weeks ago. Seems we need the line to go around the house instead of through it like we were told. Nothing was Chris and Travis's fault. Gas guy coming Monday.

Justin Richwine is Absolutely Wonderful!! He has been at home to service our unit a couple of times and He is Always Kind and Respectful! Justin Always takes the time to Explain Everything to us about our unit and any problems that are found. Justin is Very Knowledgeable and is an Expert in HVAC field. We Appreciate ECO Air and so Glad we found them!

ECO was very upfront and professional. They identifies serious issues (firebox rusted through) on my system. Discussed repair vs replacement. They came out the next day and replaced the unit. Response was amazing and installation was awesome!
