He was very cocky and really didn't want to do work and asked if we smoked and asked us not to in our own house. Didn't get a receipt for his work and preferred cash. Now if I have a problem I have no proof of work or purchase of water heater. So I have no record of work so no guarantee of work

I saw their truck driving through my neighborhood this morning blowing through stop signs, driving close to 45 MPH in a residential neighborhood that is clearly labeled as 25 MPH. There were four stop signs that were not paid attention to, kids play in this neighborhood every day on the road, seems that the driver did not even care for the simple laws of the road so how can I trust them to fix plumbing? He was also swerving all over the road and coming close to hitting cars parked on the side of the road. I cannot trust someone to do a job when they cannot follow and obey SIMPLE safety laws in a neighborhood.

We Had a water heater replaced. Mr. Jenkins was prompt, efficient and his work was fairly priced. Best of all, he said what he was going to do and did what he said - actually ahead of schedule. He will be our go-to man in the future.

I noticed around 7:30 PM that I had a water pipe busted and had to turn the main water line off. I called Marvin Jenkins that evening and left a message. He called me shortly after and said he would be at my house first thing in the morning. He came by assess the damage and fixed within an hour. Great service and he will be my go to man for any plumbing issues.

Our water heater was leaking and we called MJS Plumbing, he came out in two hours with our water heater and replaced it in a very timely manner. He was professional and very courteous. Very reasonable rates.

Mr. Jenkins has provided me with plumbing repairs on two occasions, and provided excellent service both times. Same day service with professional installation. Reasonable rates. He has installed a water line for my refrigerator, replaced the thermocouple on my hot water heater, and replaced three faucets. I highly recommend him to friends and coworkers.

Mr. Jenkins also provided outstanding support and service in getting the hot water manufacturer to replace my unit under warranty (I had to pay for labor). We first tried to replace a failed part, but when the manufacturer sent me the wrong replacement part, and having been without hot water for a week, Mr Jenkins called the manufacturer and negotiated the replacement of the whole water heater under warranty. There was a lot of time and frustration dealing with the manufacturer that Mr Jenkins did on my behalf, and this "above and beyond" service was greatly appreciated.

I've done business with Marvin several times. He's very reasonable, professional, prompt, and will take care of any plumbing issue you have. He helped me with toilet issues, pressure regulator, and some general plumbing. I highly recommend his company.

We needed a water main valve to be sweated in (copper pipe), and Marvin did a great job for us! He was early to the appointment (which we did not mind) and professional. The work took about 2 hours and cost us $175, which was very reasonable. We will be using him again for our plumbing needs.
