I did a remodel on a business that we installed VCT flooring on. Needed the flooring waxed ASAP and they came out and did an outstanding job. Will definitely use them again if I am ever in the area working. Very professional.

I have used Certified Maintenance Service (CMS) and had an excellent experience with their organization. Their employees were very well organized and thorough in cleaning our facility. Our customers spent a lot time in our building, so it was very important our facility was clean and sanitary. CMS did a great job in providing a clean environment for our customers and our employees. In addition, CMS’ office staff did an excellent job in providing accurate billing, supply management, and our Account Executive provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Certified Maintenance Service for any janitorial service needs.

Guy was simply great to work with! His inside team did a good job on our post construction cleaning so we could move into a clean home. His window.team did a wonderful job on our very large windows. So appreciate having made contact with CMS!
