Had some issues with our unit, they sent out a service tech, he fixed what he could and had to order a part. It was under warranty, they came a few days later and put part in. It would be 5 star, but they left a mess of insulation everywhere. I was very happy with everything else they did. Great service tech as well, young guy but very respectful and communicative about what he was doing or needed to do.

Comfort Air is the best in HVAC in our area. Every time I have an issue, they immediately respond back and send out a technician right away. They are knowledgeable and fix the problem the first time. They are super nice and informative by explaining the problem in a way you can understand. I highly recommend them!

Came to fix a simple problem, overtightened a screw that cracked a pipe which then ruptured and fludding the crawl space and took no responsibility to fixing it. They do not deserve the title of "Plumbers" trainwreck might be more accurate.

Every time I call for service, they are fast, efficient, kind, and communicative. I appreciate their willingness to explain the problem effectively. They also come out within a day or so and make sure to call when they are on the way. Great company!

Called later this morning, having issues with the heat pump keeping warm. Mr. Gunson was here an hour later and figured out the problem fast and had heat restored. Would definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic service! Our air unit went out and a new one was ordered and installed very quickly. They worked with us to get us the financing what we needed to get the unit installed. I would recommend them 10/10 to anyone.
