Arnolds HVAC is wonderful to work with! Michael was incredibly helpful when I had to replace my unit. They offered me multiple options and helped me find the unit that was right for my house at a price I could live with. I always call Arnolds HVAC first.

Mr. Gunson has been servicing my unit since 2020 and he's always been here when I needed him. I finally reached the end of my units life and within a week my new unit was installed. Joshua Wolfe and Josh Bryant worked efficiently and got it put in and blowing cold before the hottest part of the day. We could not be more thankful for these 3 guys! Wonderful customer service and even better work from these guys!

Michael Gunson di a great job diagnosing the problem with my tankless water heater and fixed it in the most economical way possible. He was quick to respond to my request for service and he communicated with my wife and I in a pleasant and professional way.

On multiple occasions Michael and other employees of Arnold’s HVAC have bailed me out of bad spots. They’re timely, efficient, and professional. Grateful to have people who serve their community to their degree.

Michael came out and looked at our hvac unit for us. Our compressor had gone out and he advised us as to whether we should repair the unit or replace it. With his guidance we decided to replace the unit (as it had been giving us problems anyway).

He also discussed with us what our options were for a replacement unit, including one option which would qualify for a credit on our taxes. That is the unit we chose. Installation was done quickly and it works like a charm. Thanks for a job well done.

Be cautious when selecting a company to perform service work on your HVAC unit. Our experience with another company left us wary after we were presented with a temporary fix option or a costly replacement quote on a new unit. They failed to look up warranties on parts and misrepresented issues to take advantage of us. We contacted Arnold's HVAC, who installed our unit on our new construction home, and they promptly came out, honored the warranty on the faulty part, and found no other issues. Arnold's HVAC is trustworthy, reliable, and a knowledgeable provider. We look forward to continuing to do business with Arnold’s HVAC and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I contacted Josh Wolfe after hours to ask advice about my unit. Josh was very professional and courteous, even though he was off the clock. After seeing pictures, Josh assured me a technician would be out the early the next morning. The kicker was I had sold my house was closing the day. Although the issue was more complicated than originally thought, Josh and his coworkers pulled off nothing short of a miracle in repairing the unit the same day allowing the closing to continue on time. I cannot thank this crew enough for their hardwork and dedication in completing this last minute repair.

My daughter was purchasing her first home. It had an older unit that we felt needed replacing. A friend of ours referred Arnold’s to us and we couldn’t more grateful for that recommendation! Michael came out and assessed our daughters hvac system. It definitely needed to be replaced. Michael and his team took great care of our daughter with a very efficient unit that has decreased her electric bill! They were very professional, answered all questions & gave her options! HVAC fan decided to give up today. Called Chuck; Josh showed up within an hour and replaced the fan start capacitor. Cool air flowing again!!

If you got a HVAC problem you need to call Arnold’s HVAC. We had another company come and look at it and they said it was dirty filter. We had Mike and his guy come look at it for second opinion and Mike found the problem and fixed it right away! I will be using Arnold’s for all my HVAC needs from now on. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My HVAC was not working properly, my fan was not spinning in my unit and the air coming out of vents was warm. My house was 80 degrees! They came right on out after i made the call and fixed me right up. They were respectful, honest, and quick to respond! I will definitely use them again for any future concerns. Michael tried so very hard to fix our water heater to keep us from having to buy another one! I feel like he did the best he could to fix it, however, it wasn’t possible! Michael is always nice and helpful!
We had to purchased another one and the two men came and put it in and it is working great! They were very nice and did a great job!

Had to replace a gas packed unit and electric heat pump within 6 months of each other and was happy I found Arnold HVAC. I worked with Mike who was straight up and made the whole process incredibly easy. New units not only working great but look good. Their metal guy does good work. The warranty they offer is unmatched and pricing is the best out there.

I called Arnold’s hvac after I found my blower motor had gone bad and a failed attempt to replace it on my own. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced given the circumstances. Will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any other troubles.

Arnold's crew did a Fine job installing my HVAC. As for the Daikin name brand, I give 1 Star. Couple of months ago they installed a Daikin model DP5HM 2 Ton unit. Contrary to Daikin's Claim that this model is Very, Very Quiet, it is Very, Very, Very Noisy! Did I say it was Loud too! I Do NOT & Would NOT Recommend this Daikin model!

Arnold’s HVAC is a fantastic heating and air company that offer exceptional quality with regards to changeouts, mini-splits, generators, tankless water heaters, indoor air quality and service. Chuck and Michael are the go-to guys in Erin and surrounding counties. I don’t trust anybody else with my HVAC needs as they always do what they say and get my jobs done in a timely manner with incredible professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After 27 years, we had to replace our air system. I just want to give the biggest shout out to Arnold's HVAC , Joshua Bryant, Josh Wolfe and all the staff !!! It looks great!
