Thank you Drew! He came to fix our refrigerator on a holiday weekend. He knew immediately what was wrong and what to do. He was very polite and explained everything very well. I will call Doc Appliance again because of his great service.
I would also like to thank Jeannie the dispatcher for getting us an earlier appointment. Being without a refrigerator for 12 days was harder than I thought it would be.

Avoid this company if you value your time. I had an 8 AM–5 PM appointment booked through Lowe’s Protection on 1/7. I waited nearly the entire day, only to call and be told they weren't coming and wouldn't be available for another two weeks. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed.

Frigidaire microwave stopped working (turn table stopped, heat stopped, light still came on). Every now and then it would “work” but then we’d try it again and it go back to not working. We purchased it at Lowe’s and have it under warranty, which is why it was a no cost repair, but Drew was wonderful. He made sure he caused no additional damage, both to our counters and to the microwave. Was very quick and relayed what was wrong in an easy to understand manner. 5/5 for Drew!

A big shout out to Doctor Appliance for not only getting our dryer up and running fast, but also making the entire process so easy. I also mentioned this to our appliance store rep and Speed Queen as well. I also have to mention the excellent service and attitude exhibited by Aidan. He's a rockstar! Dawson came in and had to repair our new stove that was under warranty following US appliance whom had messed our stove up worse before doctor appliance came in and fixed the stove the first try. I highly recommend Dr appliance for your repairs. I plan to use them after the warranty expires. They did excellent work and earned our business in the future!!

Alex with Doctor Appliance came to our home to diagnose a leak under our one month old Frigidaire refrigerator. He arrived actually a little early, which was great!! He located the issue and solved our leaking problem. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair or service needs. It was all covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Drew fixed my Samsung washer and did a very thorough job He took his time and took apart the washer without guessing. He was also very communicative as far as when he was going to arrive and let me know whenever he was on his way

Without going into the whole very bad experience that I had with US Appliance, which I did when I wrote my review for them, I was without a refrigerator for two and a half months waiting for them to repair it. Since it was under warranty I had to go through GE to set up the repair. GE finally contacted Doctor Appliance and that week they came to look at my fridge. They had to oder the part which took 7 days to come in.They texted me on Friday. That Monday I called to set up the repair appointment and Thursday my fridge was repaired. All done within two weeks! Ken, the tech was great. Polite, efficient, and very informative.
You decide, Go with US Appliance, wait two and a half months, make numerous phone calls, miss work a few time for no show appointments. Or go with Doctor Appliance, two phone calls and repair done within two weeks.

After another appliance repair company came out under warranty to fix my washing machine and they broke it completely, the warranty company sent out a service man from Doctor Appliance. Jonathan came out and got my machine running like new. I was without use of my machine for 2 1/2 months because the other company sent out 3 incompetent repair people that each time made.my machine worse. I'm very thankful Jonathan with Doctor Appliance knew his business, determined the problem, ordered parts and got my machine fixed. I highly recommend this company and Jonathan!!

Our technician, Franklin, always does an excellent job in trouble shooting our leak of our washer. Our speed queen has been a little bit tricky, so we are still observing whether it will continue to leak by doing loads of wash. So far we’ve had only one small leak, followed by a load with no leak.

Dawson got here called and had to wait for an old man to get to the door.. Thank goodness he was patient. He fixed the issue and made sure it worked. Very pleased with his professional attitude. And if (I hope not). I will not hesitate to call Doc Appliance Again..Thanks for your response time and wonderful tech.

Matthew was on time, and very professional. He quickly identified the issue, explained the problem and likely cause, then repaired and replaced the problem part.

Miguel was an OUTSTANDING repairman for our Speed Queen dryer. He took the time to figure out what was going on and fixed it perfectly. We highly recommend him and Doctor Appliance.

Doctor Appliance was awesome. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment but since it wasn't an emergency I understood and it was no probem. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue quickly and very efficiently. He even gave me some advice as to what to look for if I had any problems and what usually wears out before other parts. Excellent experience. I will use them again when needed. No cost as they honored my warranty.

Bobby, the tech, along with the front office were very help with just scheduling the service call. Once Bobby arrived, he had the problem with my dryer diagnosed and had the part ordered! He was fast and efficient and resolved the problem quickly. I will definitely recommend their service to every one!

Riley with appliance Doctor came in and was very courteous and patient helping us looked for our receipt showing proof of purchase for warranty work. He seems very fast and efficient. We are very satisfied with his work.

We have a stackable washer/dryer we bought from Costco. The spin cycle decided to quit working so Costco sent out Doctor Appliance. Johnathan was our tech. They said they'd be here from 10am-2pm, he showed up at 10 on the dot. He began his troubleshooting process and within a few minutes had a solution for us. He was very knowledgeable and communicated the information in an easy-to-understand and professional manner. Definitely will use them next time.

Doctor Appliance did a great job repairing my clothes dryer. The company was proactive in scheduling and updating the appointment. Technician Jack called me shortly before his arrival, as promised. Jack was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed the repair part (which was stocked on their truck). Very efficient. Jack was friendly and conducted himself professionally. Based on this experience, I would gladly use Doctor Appliance again. (This repair was provided under warranty, so I had no out-of-pocket expense.)
