Cody was awesome from Phase 3. Really knew what he was doing, when arrived. Also received a text message 30 minutes prior to coming. Super nice guy and very helpful and knowledgeable.

As always dealing with Phase 3 is an absolutely professional and delightful experience. I have never had one technician that wasn’t above and beyond professional and polite. And Lance always answers my text ,Phone calls, messages. I have never had not one bad experience with this company. I stand by them 100% if I could give 10 stars I would more like 100 stars. This is your company if you’re looking for heating and air conditioning service.

We had a great experience with Phase 3. They recently installed a new HVAC unit at our house and everything went smoothly. Installation was quick and they were less expensive than the other quote we received. Highly recommended!

Cody from Phase 3 did a fantastic job - he was early, professional, communicated everything that was going on with the HVAC and what we was doing to run diagnostics, and took the time to run us through how our thermostat worked as well. We bought a brand new house and noticed a couple weird HVAC things on day 1 and with Cody’s help were able to get everything operating smoothly and correctly. Would absolutely recommend!

Called 3 companies during extreme heat event as AC went out. They answered and got me on first available appt. Other 2 never called back after I left messages for them. He came out for us all fixed up with a couple hours. Highly recommend Steven did a great job!

I'm so happy to say that I tried Phase 3's service today for the first time. My AC unit's compressor wasn't kicking on, and it has been 81° inside my house for 2 days.
