Choice One did an amazing job locating a leak in our main waterline! We received a notice from the utility company that we had a large water leak. We called Choice One leak detection out. Within one hour they found the leak. After they found our leak they gave us a great price to repair it. Less than two hours later the leak was fixed. This company is amazing! Thank you so much!

Called for help locating a Pool Leak and was informed their leak detection equipment was broken and were not doing leak detection right now. Was nice on the phone but when you have Leak Detection in your name I would think you would have the equipment to detect Leaks.

Our home main sewer drain line started backing up Saturday afternoon and Steve came out and had our system repaired and operational in no time. He was very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Choice One. They will be the first place I call the next time we have any plumbing issues.

We had a massive leak underground on Saturday. Sunday morning Brandon came out and thought he found it but didn't have the proper equipment to repair since it was so deep. Monday Steve and Tyler came out. Unfortunately the leak wasn't where we initially thought, it was under the driveway. With a family member here on hospice we had to have water and weren't able to leave to go somewhere else to get it. With all the rain they weren't able to come out today to bore the line, so Steve and Tyler went above and beyond to run a temporary line between the meter and our house so we could have running water until they were able to return to complete they job. They are true heroes whose selfless act of laying a temp line in the pouring lane won't ever be forgotten. Gentlemen, thank you both so much!

If you need work done I can't recommend Choice One Leak Detection enough. Their service, even an emergency call over a weekend with a prompt return Monday morning, was phenomenal. I couldn't be more pleased and will absolutely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Dylan was our tech, He did a great job. He had a positive attitude, very willing to please. $885 is outrageous to stop a toilet from leaking and replace a bathroom faucet.

Robert, the owner of Choice One , contacted me. He talked me through my experience. We reviewed the bill together. He made some adjustments, he was very professional. He seems like a very caring business owner. What I should have done is called Robert in the first place before writing review. That was an error on my part.

Brandon was great! He found problems that no other technician could find, because he was thorough and was determined so that we would have our AC fixed. I will only ask for him for all my HVAC needs!

We had a major issue with our HVAC system. Lee Co was very responsive and offered several solutions to the problem. They were also generous with their warranty period and future maintenance plan. Techs were friendly, careful with my home, and cleaned up when they completed their work. Would highly recommend Lee Co.

I love Lee Co! They were so helpful while I owned a home and during the sale of my home. They helped me with plumbing, hvacs, and electrical calls. I also did their monthly maintenance to be proactive for anything that could go wrong and cannot recommend that enough. I am a single adult who works a lot and stays on the go and with Lee Co I knew they would do the job right the first time and would be honest and transparent with me. There’s nothing better than being at peace as you go about life, whether traveling or at work, knowing things at home are in good condition. With any future property I own I would only use Lee Co.

We had a tankless water heater installed, after getting several quotes we opted to go with Lee, the installation crew showed up early and worked hard all day. Extremely professional, tidy, very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Lee and Chris who did our install enough. Absolutely above and beyond happy with service we received.

I had issues with my Carrier unit and Lee Company was able to schedule a technician to come out that evening, despite the fact that it was below freezing outside and way past sundown. The technician that was dispatched, Earnest, was one of the kindest and most thoroughly knowledgeable persons I have ever met. He immediately was able to troubleshoot the problem and then diligently worked to resolve the issue until realizing that a separate part was necessary and would have to be scheduled for a future follow-up visit. Upon his return when the part was available, he expertly installed and then tested the unit and also provided follow-on service to inspect the res of the system. I am very impressed with Lee Company and Earnest in particular. I will be recommending Lee Company to others, as they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Great job!
