Finally, after all these years I found a company that would get rid of a most dangerous problem! Mold most foul. I would highly recommend using Claro if you are at all concerned by the dangerous ingredients in other mold remediation treatments. We felt safe trusting Nicholas with our home and inhabitants.

I could not be more pleased with the work that Claro did in my home. Aside from the health problems we were experiencing, every day I showered in my unventilated master bathroom, seeing black speckles on the drywall and a pink film on the ceiling, I was terrified that the biggest investment of my life would crumble and/or cost my life savings to treat. I was impressed by Claro’s non-toxic approach and called them first for an inspection. Jason was amazing from the jump. Very transparent, communicative, thorough and genuinely kind. No mess (except my own), no fuss, no moving out. My whole home is free & clear and our health has improved within the week. Jason followed up and followed through every step. The fog treatment did set the smoke alarms off, which called my security system, which called everyone and their mom and the fire department. While I’m glad to know that those systems work, my security company gave me the runaround during mold treatment for a verbal passcode that I either forgot or never created. The fire alarm went off basically for the duration of mold treatment and Claro Jason continued to work and communicate with me from afar. I was so upset about the fire alarm, but Jason reassured me that he would deal with the noise as long as the fire department didn’t waste their time driving out to my home. Y’all, that just warms my heart. This company truly cares about safely and inexpensively removing the toxicity in homes. AND, the price was more than fair. I was terrified I would have to take out a personal loan with high interest. Nope, Claro works with wisetack and some of their payment plans have zero interest for a period of time. Hire them! I will be singing their praises from the rooftops (without fear that the ceiling will cave in). Jason even followed up with me about 5 days after treatment to ask how we felt, both about the treatment and to see if our health has improved. Thank you, Claro.

We have had a great experience working with Claro home. We could actually feel a difference in our home immediately after treatment; which was such a relief as having mold and mold illness is taxing. Jason showed up on time and thoroughly checked out my entire home for mold. He also ran a test that they sent to a lab for detailed analysis. This company is absolutely fabulous. The costumer service is astounding and they are overall great people. Things you don’t see as often as you should. The service was quick and efficient. I am always trying to air on the clean nontoxic side of things, so I was thrilled when I came across this service. We had a very small roof leak and I tried to clean the mold caused by it which made it worse. After the service I have not seen any signs of mold. So far so good. Highly recommended.

Came out same day of my phone call and did the air sampling, test results came back within three business days from an independent testing lab. Amazing every step of the way!! They truly care about you and your concerns! I didn’t know if I had any issues with mold or not but wanted to get our home checked just to be sure. When I called I originally spoke with Nick, who I explained everything too. He was very reassuring and super kind. He step up a time to come out within a few days. Jason was the technician who came out to preform the test and he was so wonderful. He answered any and all questions/concerns that I had. When we got the results Nick personally reached out to go over everything with me. He let me know that there were no issues and said there was nothing that he could or would recommend. I was so relieved and happy to know that our home was safe. There are some companies that just really want your money and will recommend things knowing you don’t need it but NOT here. I used Claro for mold remediation 1 month ago. We found mold growing around a bathroom vent. We had them clean up the growth on the ceiling and perform a full house duct cleaning. I have a large house with alot of vents so the price was very fair! They were able to perform a large job in 2 days. Now, one month later and I must admit my "mild allergies" are gone, no scratchy throat. I am very impressed with this company and Nick's attention to us when we called upon them. I will use them again for my next duct cleaning!
