Great experience working with the Ford Homes Team. Kept our buyer updated, responsive and customer focused! Would work with them again for sure!

Buyers beware….significant chimney installation issues which have resulted in TWO house fires on the same street…..one which destroyed the house and contents one year ago and the other this past thanksgiving night…..this house was two doors down from the previously mentioned house. Furthermore, when homeowners on the street had their fireplaces inspected, most had sealant issues requiring repair. All of the homes were built by Ford. Finally, Ford took no accountability for the faulty installations/issues.

Ford builds a beautiful home …. But do not trust the structural integrity of the home.

Our house was a spec home so we did not have the opportunity to make any decisions, however we were the first homeowners of our house.
We have not been pleased with the quality of our home. Several issues within the house where some were fixed and some were not. My recommendation is that you stay diligent with your complaints and make sure they all get addressed if you build with Ford. Our house was advertised as a luxury home, the only part of luxury was the appliances that they put in the home before we moved in.
Mold growth within the first couple of months in our shower that never got fixed.
Creaking floors in the kitchen which was avoided by them to fix
Very poor HVAC set up. The whole house does not have good balance of heat or AC
Circuit breaker boxes are not all located on one side of the house which makes for getting a generator extremely expensive.
Terrible paint work inside and outside the house
2 leaks in the house which were fixed by Ford thankfully.
Low grade workmanship throughout.
This is 2024 - all cabinets except the kitchen do not have soft close cabinets and all toilet seats did not have soft close seats.
Brick mortar is starting to fall apart and the house is less than 4 years old.
Placement of light switches do not make sense in a couple of the rooms.
The soaker tub in the master bath was never secured. This was figured out because we bumped into it.

We had an incredible experience with Ford Classic Homes. Excellent design, construction quality, and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that the Ford team builds some of the highest-quality homes in the area. Furthermore, they make the entire process easy and transparent from explaining how the process will work to ensuring the client understands their warranty program. Mike Ford built us an amazing home! The whole process was easy and fun. Their onsite agent Sharon Tucker was quick to communicate, accommodating and a joy to work with. Our superintendent, Jared Walker, was attentive to every detail and absolutely meticulous. I recently moved from Utah to Franklin, Tennessee. I found the Westhaven community so unique and decided to purchase a home in this community. I love the environment so far. The homes are all very nice, yards are well kept, folks decorate for the holidays, they wave at me as I pass them by and so many people have made me feel right at home. The folks at Ford not only build a solid and beautiful home, their attention to detail relative to working with new home buyers has been superb in my opinion. Like any new home purchase, there have been a few minor things I needed help with. Within a matter of days, both of my concerns were not only acknowledged, they had them fixed!

If you're looking for a community feel with shops, folks driving around on golf carts, farmers markets, and the friendliest group of people I've ever lived next to, you should consider Ford Homes and Westhaven. And generally speaking, having traveled to over 80 countries and all 50 states, I've yet to meet a kinder group of people generally speaking, than the good folks of Tennessee, and Franklin, in particular!

Always appreciate builders that are willing to work with realtors on the opposite side of the transaction. From the sales office to the project managers thru the end of the process with the closing office my clients were taken care of every step of the way. It takes great team work to make a deal run smoothly and Ford has their building and closing process down to a tee. Any buyer of mine that chooses Ford I feel confident in telling them they will be well taken care of. You can’t say that about every builder.

Ford Homes was great from start to finish. You can tell from the moment you walk into your home that its very well built. Even after we've closed on our home they have been great at responding to questions and any concerns that we have. The companies that they have hired as well have done a great job on landscaping, fence, irrigation, etc. Building our home with Ford has been a great experience.

We were completely impressed with the thoroughness and completeness of the pre-closing walkthrough - from the detailed overview of the appliances, the irrigation system and physical operation of the windows and electronics, to the full integration of the maintenance and warranty coverage for the first year.

Been in our new home built by Ford Classic Homes for a little over a month and could not be more pleased. Very well designed and built. During our walk thru the builder tagged more things than we did and they were very quick to resolve the few items that needed to be addressed ( mostly cosmetic). Would definitely recommend as we are enjoying our home in Madison . Great team to work with as well.

We recently purchased a new home from Ford Classic Homes and could not have been more pleased with their attention to detail and customer service throughout every stage of the process. The sales team was responsive and helpful, the builder (Zach) kept us informed throughout the construction process, the coordination of final walkthrough and closing was seamless, and our few warranty requests have been handled quickly and efficiently.

This was the first time that we had built a home long distance, and we were initially very concerned. However, thanks to the efforts of the sales team and builder, we felt well-informed about the progress of our new home and had no issues being several hours away.
