We began a home renovation on the 5th of July, 2022. While supply chain has been challenging and increased the cost of the project, the other challenge has been consistency with communication and lack of attention to detail from our project manager. We didn't start with a great understanding of who would be leading us through the renovation and how involved we needed to be. Communication and management of expectations has been inconsistent and poorly executed. The project manager we had throughout the majority of the project is inexperienced therefore made poor decisions on our behalf. Fortunately, another project manager has taken over to finish out our 7th month of a 3-4 month project projection. He has communicated well, follows through with his word, and is moving us to the finish line.

There have been three people who have exeeded our expectations: Chris Lenker, Mindi Zukowski, and Bill Rinehart. All have the unique ability to manage client expectations, communicate in a timely manner, and keep the project moving forward. We have had a very good experience with the owners being receptive to our feedback and desire to improve. Because of this & the current project manager, we are hopeful that the remodel will finish on a high note.

I cannot say enough good things about Crosspoint Construction. If you are considering a project, whether a renovation or new addition, you will be so happy you contacted Crosspoint. I contacted Eric to do a “few updates” to my house and it was the absolute best decision ever made. This entire team is there when they say they will be and always considerate of your time and your home throughout the entire process.
KJ was my project manager and he went above and beyond to offer suggestions and ensure everything stayed on time and budget. Even when I kept adding to the project....sorry KJ!! Crosspoint recently completed a renovation of about 85% of our 2400 sq ft home. Working with Crosspoint and our specific Project Manager, Chris, exceeded all of our expectations. Our project finished on time and on our agreed upon budget (other than upgrades that my wife and I specifically chose to spend extra money on). Chris was proactive asking us for decisions on materials so that sub contractors weren't waiting on us. He was also very attentive to our ideas and concerns to make sure the end product is what we wanted. We can't say enough great things of the work that Crosspoint did. We will definitely use them in the future if we have any projects and suggest them as a contractor to all family/friends.

After our renovation experience with the Crosspoint Construction team for 3 full bathrooms, it was a no brainer to work with them again for a complete kitchen, eat-in/bar area and living room transformation! Hiccups are inevitable during renovations - we chose them again because they communicate well, address issues quickly and cared for our circumstances like they were their own. Top quality work and top quality people. Rusty knows how to work a budget! Eric and KJ - extremely genuine guys. We are in LOVE with our latest transformation. If you're questioning who to work with for any project, you've found them. Can't thank you guys enough for everything during these past 2 years!

Crosspoint did a fantastic job renovating our master bathroom in our recently bought dream home. It was our first time renovating and they were amazing to work with. KJ understood the importance of not going over budget. He even went the extra mile helping to find fixtures in order to get us in the house on time. Our new neighbors want to use them for their additions and our realtor is also referring folks to Crosspoint. Use them!

This was an incredible experience adding a carport and storage to our home. Crosspoint does it right! Like most folks, I was trying to pinch pennies and I even hesitated going with them. But a great recommendation from a friend helped. Now? I wouldn't do any project without these folks.

From the time the project started until it was completed, the management of everything was spot on! We knew what was happening each day, what workers were going to be there, when to expect each phase to complete, asked me about any potential changes, etc. Project managers were here everyday...Mike Cox is a rockstar of a project manager!

Crosspoint did an amazing job...couldn't be happier. We have done our fair share of renovations over the years and so excited we were introduced to Eric (owner) via the work he did for our neighbors. They added a new front porch with metal roof, demoed the old porch, new gutters, new shutters and mortar rub finish to cover 1984 brick. A stickler for details, i was impressed with their communication, realistic deadlines and ability to manage the project to our budget.

Update 3/1/2021: Once again, Crosspoint Construction did a great job - this time remodeling my media room. New hardwood, new paint, new set of stairs, and UNDER BUDGET! Way to go Chris, Eric and crew.

Eric and his crew are wonderful to work with - professional, easy-going, pleasant, knowledgable - the work is done right and I've always been happy with the completed project. He has done 2 remodels/renovations for me: a bathroom gut-job on a 100+ year-old condo down on Belmont that turned out fabulous and a to-the-studs inside & outside renovation of an historic Victorian in East Nashville that just looks incredible! I highly recommend Crosspoint Construction!

One of the best contractors I've ever used. We had a large remodel done, including a music studio, and they handled all of the nuances and curve balls very well. Landon was our main contact and communicated exceptionally well, always one of the key parts of a good building experience for the client. A+

Eric and his team at Crosspoint Construction were great to work with! They are Honest, Dependable, and Courteous. A great value from start to finish. Eric provided the Drafting of Plans, permitting, quality workmanship with craftsmen who did wonderful work, and clean up.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Crosspoint and specifically with Steve our project manager. He was THE best. His communication and scheduling were top notch. People were working non-stop all throughout our project. He was on top of every detail. Overall we were able to stay on time and within budget which were also high priorities for us. We can't say enough good things and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home reno.

Crosspoint recently completed a large addition and renovation project for us, and we're thrilled with the results. Mike was our PM and was incredible to work with throughout, super attentive to the project, communicated well throughout, and was thoughtful about how/when things were getting done.

We worked with Eric Miller to create a new room from an unfinished attic space for an exercise area. I want to give them a very strong recommendation. They are superb. We were fortunate to get a personal reference recommending Crosspoint Construction. Their team did a great job of managing their resources (plumber, electrician, drywall, painters, tile work, etc.) to renovate our newly purchased home including creating a more open floor plan by removing walls (one of which was load bearing). Mikey was our project manager and he did a fantastic job of communicating and coordinating all of the tasks. There were a lot of moving parts, but it came together quickly and efficiently. We just finished a kitchen remodel with Crosspoint Construction and I couldn't be happier with this company. Our project manager, Brandon, was in constant contact with me. He kept me informed every step of the way. I also received an email every Friday to review what had been completed and what to expect the coming week. Mindi helped us pick out and order all of our appliances and fixtures and followed up with the suppliers. The best review we can give is; we are already planning a bathroom remodel for next year!
