Tim Flynn worked with me on the roof shingle replacement on my house and shed. He contacted my insurance company on my behalf and all I had to do was wait for the crew to arrive. When a issue would arise he took care of it for me. He always was fair in his dealings with me.

This review concerns my experience with Tim Flynn from Advocate Construction in the Franklin, TN area (Noah Dr.).
I had just called my handyman to ask his roofer to make a couple of repairs on my house, including a missing shingle and an interior leak, when Tim Flynn from Advocate Construction approached by home. He began telling me about other homes in the area which had been affected by the May 26th storm and how they were getting new roofs because of the storm. I had noticed new roofs going up on my block and was wondering why this was happening. He walked the roof and noticed damage and together he assisted me in talking to my insurance to set up a claims to see if I was eligible for a replacement. He and a colleague met with the insurance adjuster at my home and together they went through everything. It was determined there had been wind and hail damage and while I am still awaiting the estimates, it will be replaced. I'm very grateful for Tim's assistance. He is professional and thorough and can help you determine if you are eligible for a replacement. His help was and is invaluable!

I am currently working with the team of Kirby, Tim and Christian who came out same day as my inquiry. They explain everything that they have to do as far as dealing with my insurance and I don’t have to do it. We have had so many storms so I know my roof is compromised, but dealing with the insurance company is not something I wanna fight with. So why they handle the heavy lifting, I have nothing to worry about. I also have been well informed in advance of options I may have if for some reason they can’t get our insurance to agree. I appreciate the respect that they had for my home and my animals.

Tim Flynn is the most conscientious person we’ve come across in construction. Very detailed and knowledgeable. And has the most patience with all of our questions. We never feel rushed or pressured. It’s very hard nowadays to find a sincere contractor who is on your side and presents as an upstanding Christian.

If you've ever had significant work done on your house, you know it's stressful. It doesn't matter who is doing it. Tim Flynn was really great at being patient with us. We got confused a few times. Tim was there. The insurance company could've been a pain. They weren't and Tim was very much an "advocate" for us in that way. The production team had it's ups and downs with the work but they still did their best. Our home got fixed. Advocate Construction replaced our roof due to hail damage. They worked with our insurance company to get approval. Caleb was very professional and helpful. When the roof was completed I realized the color was not what I expected. Caleb And Kirby was very helpful in helping to resolve the issue.

We are very pleased with our roof replacement from Advocate Construction. We worked directly with Jacob Stone who was very knowledgeable and helped facilitate the whole purchase process from start to finish. He coordinated and met with our insurance adjuster, worked with our HOA to obtain appropriate approvals, scheduled convenient times to meet up and choose products, go over contracts and answer questions. The team at Advocate Construction also assisted in completing the last stages of payment from our insurance company. And finally our roof turned out beautifully. Tim Flynn did a great job explaining the step by step process involved with replacing my roof. He helped with the insurance paperwork and lined up the inspection. Because of some weather conditions the roofers had to start around noon but they did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything before they left. The roof looks great and Tim Flynn did a great job each step of the way. I would recommend Advocate Construction if you’re in need of a new roof.
