I had such an amazing experience with the Crosspoint team! They were very quick and responsive in all my questions! kJ and Eric answered all our questions and managed our budget so well! Such an amazing group of men and so blessed to be able to work with them! Chris was the project manager and he was phenomenal he went above and beyond to always be there and tentative to all my needs during the project! He managed the subs so well and made sure it was EXACTLY how I envisioned our outside remodel to be! He helped me create our house into a home! He was so professional and made sure the exterior remodel moved along on schedule! I will ALWAYS use Crosspoint remodel for all our home renovations and remodeling/addition needs in the future! #chrismarklerocks

We renovated a garage space into a recreation room with a kitchenette, full bath, bunk room, added a new garage and built a deck! The project was big and turned out beyond our expectations! Crosspoint was timely and transparent when timing was taking a little longer than they expected. Mike Cox was our rockstar Project Manager who was extremely responsive to questions/requests, always went above and beyond to make sure what we needed was done and done correctly, and has a depth of knowledge that is supreme! This is our second project with Crosspoint and I would use them for a third.

Crosspoint did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. They were clean, professional, and were very attentive to our needs. Jonathan did a great job with communication and scheduling. I would highly recommend Crosspoint again and will look to them again in the future.

Our master bath and closet renovation was a challenging project requiring imaginative, adaptive re-use of a space that posed several structural challenges. Crosspoint was recommended by our architect and they worked closely with him (and us) in a true collaborative fashion. They diligently addressed unforeseen issues and problems and were patient with the fluid nature of the project. Our project manager, Brandon, was reliable, attentive, and easy to work with. Any concerns or new ideas were addressed promptly and were executed professionally. He managed the subcontractors efficiently and we always felt he was in our corner with our best interests in mind.
The office staff’s efforts to keep us informed and updated on the finances and timeline of the work were always detailed, on-point, and client-oriented. Construction is never easy to live through but in the end, we are so very pleased with our beautiful and well-crafted new space.

We had a wonderful experience with Crosspoint for a recent project they completed for us. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely with updates, and deadlines. They had wonderful vendors who helped us with all the selections and made the process itself organized and efficient. The vendors had all the details they needed in advance to help us make the appropriate choices and keep on schedule. They were easy to make contact with and always available for conversations, questions etc. Bill Rinehart, our construction supervisor was absolutely wonderful. He so attentive to all the details, and was a consummate professional. Eric, the owner, was also available whenever we had questions etc. Can’t say enough about how great our experience with Crosspoint was!

We have used Crosspoint for two projects and could not be more pleased. They are professional, reliable, do great work and our experiences were very positive. They communicate well and kept us updated with status on orders, etc. The project manager on our recent project, Bill Rinehart was excellent. He was attentive to detail, went above and beyond on our project and finished in less time that originally projected. We will definitely use Crosspoint again in the future.

We worked with Crosspoint on a complete home renovation and addition. Mike Cox was our project manager. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our project. Not only did he do an excellent job of managing the construction team and subcontractors, he was willing to do the work himself as needed to make sure it was done right and in a timely manner. We recently engaged Crosspoint Construction to do a significant renovation on our home, including adding a second floor to our ranch. They did a very good job from pre-planning through final punch list management. The project managers, Linc and Mike, were great to work with and made the whole project enjoyable. Mike was regularly on site so things got addressed ASAP. We had heard horror stories of other peoples' renovations and experienced no problems like that. The few hiccups (as are likely to happen on a big job with so many moving parts/details) that did occur during the 6 months were resolved professionally and easily. I highly recommend Eric Miller and his Crosspoint team to you for your home project.

Crosspoint helped us finally build our dream screened in porch! They were easy to work with, provided weekly updates, and were very attentive to our questions and concerns. CrossPoint recently completed a home addition for my fiance and I, adding a bathroom and bedroom to the lower level of our Franklin home. The entire process was seamless, thanks to my exceptional Project Manager, Jonathan. He kept me informed every step of the way, so I never had to worry about scheduling or whether contractors would show up. To say that we have been pleased with the Crosspoint Construction team is the understatement of the century. Not only did the entire team shepherd and guide us through a massive renovation project, but also individually they became like family. I cannot speak more highly of our project manager, Mike, who led us through each step of the process, never once making us feel inadequate or unknowledgeable about our decisions. He had the utmost respect for our family, the timeline, and our budget. Mindi made the selection process incredibly easy and allowed space and time for each appliance, tile, windows, colors, or flooring decision to be made without hampering the impeccably scheduled timeline. They are a well-oiled machine and we have been THRILLED with the results. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Crosspoint. I am beyond thankful that they agreed to take on our project - which was to demo and rebuild our entire kitchen, replace everything in the powder bathroom, the carpet in the bedrooms, as well as replace patches of carpet with wood to lace in with existing wood, then stain and finish it all. All the work was on time and budget. More importantly, every single worker that came onsight was beyond professional, competent, courteous, respectful, and efficient. We lived onsight all but 3 nights of the 2 month job. More than once a supplier commented how they enjoyed working with Crosspoint. Cole was our project manager, so we interacted with him by far the most. Not once did he tell me no. Not once did I doubt he could make something happen when we asked for it. He had crews in and out like clockwork. Things happened when he said they would. He stayed steady despite the occasional curveballs along the way, which gave me peace. The finished product is gorgeous. I have zero regrets hiring Crosspoint and would do it again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were outstanding. The team was punctual, communicative, and clearly took pride in their craft. They kept the project on schedule, stayed within budget, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

My wife and I partnered with Crosspoint Construction to add a new sunroom onto our home. We also had them transform part of our garage into a mudroom. This was a major project with a lot of moving pieces, and Eric & KJ pulled it off flawlessly. They were both a pleasure to work with, highly professional, and showed a genuine concern for understanding and meeting all our goals.

Did we ever lick out finding these guys. They preformed magic to our house when we hired them to remodel the main floor of the house. For our entire main living level to be demoed, and put back together in the time they did. They paid very close attention to what we wanted done and made it happen. Very easy to work with, keep track of what they were doing next, and where we stood financially with the app they provide. We have several more projects planned in the future and we are not even going for bids on these.

The crew they have as full time employees are very knowledgeable, professional, and craftsmen. The quoting process was painless as well. They all take pride in their jobs and it shows. If you’re doing a remodel, add on, or build, I would look no further than Crosspoint.

I would like to add to the many positive reviews for Crosspoint. Our project involved building a carport, one that is a bit oversized, on our back drive area. The upscale design closely matches the look of our house. Crosspoint took the design that we had in hand and did a magnificent job bringing it to a finished reality. We are completely appreciative of the result. Their project management was excellent (thanks Chris Lenker), with the various component subcontractors arriving at the correct intervals and working as expected. And during all of the construction, Crosspoint was extremely available on the scene reviewing the work and discussing our expectations and questions. The work was done in a very timely manner, and when the job was completed, the whole area affected by the construction was returned to a well kept state. We will be quite happy to recommend Crosspoint to anyone interested in having significant work done well. Once again, it is a lovely job, and we are enjoying big smiles with this attractive new addition to our property.

I talked to three contractors prior to the first job of renovating the master bed & bath, and selected Crosspoint because of Eric’s transparent approach and expertise. They did such a great job that I asked them to renovate my homes living area a few months later.
