Jose was a real pleasure to work with, and I found his prices to be extremely reasonable. I have had various landscapers provide services over the years, and Green Scene has been far and away the best. Our yard looks great. Thanks Jose!

Alex and the Green Scene crew have been amazing to work with. They did a great job installing, have been extremely easy to get a hold of for maintenance and questions, and are always very quick to add repairs if needed.

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job of installing 14 zones and over 130 sprinkler heads in a very landscaped yard. They also did a great job of installing a paver walk from our home to our daughter's next door. They were on time each day, very personable and worked each day until the job was finished. Some days they put in fourteen hours. They were the hardest workers we have ever contracted with to date.
Jose even called after the job was done to see if there was anything needed checked. He will be doing the closing of the system late this fall.

I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping or irrigation work.

I contacted Green Scene irrigation and spoke to the girl on the phone and told her I needed it started up before I leave for vacation. This home is an estate with a lot of zones. I told the girl on the phone if they could handle it and would it be done before I left for vacation since one of the boxes is inside the house they would not be able to access it once I left for two weeks. The girl on phone said it was no problem. They no showed once and I gave them a second chance and reminded the girl on the phone and alex their employee how important it was to start it up since flowers were planted in the front and back yard. She and Alex said the irrigation would be started up before I went out of town. They then no showed a second time with no phone call/text or email. I called and texted them and they said they had other customers before me and could not do it before I left. Unprofessional, unreliable, no communication. Greedy! A waste of time and money due to dead flowers I will be coming home to because of them. Then the owner Jose tells me he is sorry and not to leave a negative review. I also let Nextdoor app aware of my experience and people not to use them as well. I wasted my time and money waiting on them. They were fully aware they could not access the property once I left but did not care until I said I would let the public know about my experience.

Wow, is all i can say. Needed an emergency assistance and within no time they were out, problem fixed when i couldn't get our installer on the phone. Now we have Green Scene as our irrigation company.

Jose and his crew were incredible. My family is just finishing up a big remodel of our home. Prior to the work getting done, we had a beautiful lawn and nice landscaping. It was pretty much destroyed over the 6 months of construction. I knew we wanted to install irrigation and repair the damage. I was given 3 different professionals that my builder trusted. I called all of them and the quotes I received ranged from outrageous to astronomical. I ended up finding Green Scene after making multiple calls to other companies. Jose showed up on time for our first meeting. I found him to be very laid back, but confident in the work he did. I got the sense right off the bat that he would have no problem finding a way to install our complicated irrigation system. I also found him to be deeply knowledgeable of different shrubs and grass/sod types. I asked Jose for a quote for the services we were hoping to have done mid October. He sent it over promptly and was very straightforward with me regarding the costs and the labor involved. His quote came in as a median from the other bids I received. Despite him being slightly more expensive than the lowest quote, I could tell that he was someone you could trust to do the work right, the first time. I also got the sense that he would have no problem coming over should something go wrong. We, as most people do, added to the project. He was happy to alter his schedule to get the work done in one block. His crew worked fast and was extremely tidy. They removed a large tree in our front yard and replaced it with another. They left not one trace of that old tree. The entire property was cleaned up immaculately. This was the part of the project that I was the most excited about. As such, I had really high expectations of the end result. He did not disappoint. I would never have a need to call another landscaping company. If you are looking to get work done to your landscaping, I highly.. HIGHLY recommend calling Green Scene. They did not disappoint.

They are very positive, do everything in a timely order and manor ,very detailed and professional. They go above and beyond to meet our landscape and irrigation needs. They also helped us install a beautiful patio with a fire pit. I highly recommend them for any of your outdoor needs.100% reliable.

A neighbor recommended another company to install our sprinkler system. They meant well but the person did a terrible job. Another neighbor told me about Green Scene when I needed someone to fix the first guy's mistakes. The first installation was inadequate in several ways. I didn’t have adequate coverage but the main thing was the geyser in the front yard. The first person used the wrong connectors which resulted in a $200 water bill. Green Scene came in and did it right. They also fixed several other issues so that I have good coverage. Since then we have asked Green Scene to help us with various landscaping (and fixing other things the first guy messed up) and they always do a great job and stand behind their work. Which means they answer my phone calls for starters. Unlike the first guy who is now a bartender somewhere in Franklin.

Thank you for the great service. I called Green Scene because i needed someone to come right away to fix my irrigation system that had a leak. I called a few companies and they were the only ones that answered. They came right away and their pricing was reasonable. I will recommend Jose and his team. I will be hiring Green Scene for other services as well.

My husband and I just relocated to Franklin for his job. I’ve lived in the same city for over 25 years and have never moved to a different state. We love our new home but the yard was overgrown and messy upon arrival. I emailed Green Scene requesting a price. My email was returned the same day AND the price was very fair. I scheduled service via email and bam, two days later, service complete and completed excellently. I’m sure it would have been done in one day if it weren’t for the rain we were plagued with. HIGHLY recommend this company if you want excellent customer service and a beautiful lawn.

Can not say thank you enough to Jose at Green Scene and his amazing team for transforming a yard that was previously filled with weeds, rock, and patches of dirt , where no grass would grow, into a beautifully sodded lawn in only a few hours! We are thrilled with the results and even more so with their outstanding customer service! We highly recommend their services! You won't regret using them for your lawn care needs!

My trees died within months of planting. I paid for a weed barrier but I currently have more weeds growing than before. I tried to call them several times but never got a call back. They have terrible customer service. I do not recommend them at all.

Update: Jose contacted me and replaced the dead trees, installed a weed barrier and re-did my landscaping. It is beautiful! I really appreciate his professional attitude and detail to customer service. I am very satisfied.

The team does outstanding work at reasonable price for all of our lawn care and landscaping. They are on top of the irrigation system monitoring. They did a 30 ft waterfall installation and it looks amazing! They do it all. I'm impressed with their design expertise as well a the ongoing maintenance. Also, they did lighting for the waterfall that was gorgeous. Very responsive!

Jose and his staff were very helpful and courteous. Jose was very punctual and if he was running late from another job we received a call to let us know. We decided to bite the bullet and have an irrigation system and new sod installed in our yard (as well as having a fence moved). We recieved quotes from several companies and decided on Green Scene. We are so happy with the work! Jose and his team were excellent!

I reached out to Green Scene earlier this year to get a 6 zone irrigation system installed as well as schedule Sod & Aeration Overseeding for the fall.

Dianne in the office is fantastic and was always very quick to respond to my phone calls and track down any answers to questions i needed.

Irrigation System Install - This could not have gone better. First of all very reasonable price. The installation started within 2 weeks and only took 2 days to complete. I was very impressed with the installation crew. They left my yard in great condition upon completion and within 2 weeks you couldn't even tell where the irrigation was buried. Alex and AJ were both incredibly helpful walking me through how the system works and even setup the Hydrawise app for me for optimal performance. I highly recommend the app by the way, a terrific value for everything you get

Sod / Aeration Overseeding - Once again the green scene team did an excellent job quoting me and getting sod and seed down during the perfect time in the fall.

We could not be more pleased with the exceptional customer service we received. I called Theresa on Thursday afternoon, & explained that we had a leak in our main irrigation box that was leaking into the water meter box, & had caused our last water bill to be over $600. She offered to get someone out that afternoon. I explained that my husband and I would both be home the following day. She told me someone would be out at 8am. They did not come at 8am. They actually showed up 15 minutes early? WHAT??? How often does THAT happen! The guys were (better than) prompt, professional, pleasant, and had the leak fixed, & were on their way in 30 minutes. We waited four days for our previous irrigation service to respond to numerous phone calls/emails. When they did not, we contacted Green Scene. They have won over our future business! Thank you for your prompt response, incredible communication, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!!!

I have to admit I’ve been through a few landscapers over the years. Green Scene is a top notch company they just do a great job over and over. The mowers alter the direction they cut each time good for the lawn. The trim and cleanup are great too. I do not have anything but praise for their services. Five stars !!
