Conserva installed my irrigation system a couple of weeks age. The installation team was great, showed me how the system worked and left the yard in very good shape. Positive interaction with sales and admin team. Very responsive. So far so good

The crew was on time and got right to work. Tried to fix what was not working correctly and replaced with better and new equipment. They did a great job.

Conserva has been fantastic to work with. They came in as we were completing a major renovation that took much of our existing system out of commission. They rebuilt it better than before being very attentive to our requests and their pricing was transparent and very reasonable. And they were great about cleanup from their work. We now use them for winterizing and so forth. I highly recommend them.

Conserva Irrigation saved my sprinkler system. The week before last week's ice storm I had still not winterized it. On short notice they came out and winterized it just in time to avoid possible issues from the extended ice storm and freeze. They were responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. I look forward to having them upgrade my system this coming spring.

While the installation experience was good overall, and the techs and owner are responsive and very nice, the general approach so far of conserva seems to be to not resolve issues that they caused and blame something else. In summary, their system was not set up to properly water all the sod. Shortly after the conserva watering system and sod install, (done in conjunction), during the initial sod establishment phase, the patch of sod in the attached photo died. I tested the system to see if water was reaching this area and it was not watering it at all. When I contacted Conserva, the owner Scott blamed the sod installer. Also stated when his installers came to adjust the watering so it reached that area, the underside of the sod that died was wet. I reminded him that it had rained a lot during the time they came to adjust it. Which was after the sod already died. During the initial sod establishment phase when conserva’s watering system wasn’t getting watered it was also still hot and dry out. It is very simple. When new sod does not get watered it dies. The whole point of us paying to have conserva install and set up the irrigation sprinkler system right before the sod install was to ensure the sod was regularly getting watered and avoid dead sod. I am definitely now concerned about the ongoing support we will get from conserva when we have issues. We are in a 3 year “premium” maintenance contract paying monthly. Plus he cost of seasonal servicing of the system.

The team has made my landscaping and yard look great this year. And this has been a hard year with rain and heat.
Abby is great just like the guys that came to my house to fix heads, and then adjust the fields.
