Josh Martin Tree Service did an EXCELLENT job at our home after the ice storm of 2026. The crew was amazing to watch even though our much-loved trees were being taken down. They were prompt, hard-working, meticulous, and patient as they removed more than a dozen trees and topped several more.

We had a great experience with Foriest Tree Care they cut down two dead pines that were very close to our house and were very professional and quick. I liked the online quote and acceptance of the proposed work with options to pay online as well. We would use them again and will recommend.

They got the tree down without damaging anything and that was not easy. Beyond that their customer service is terrible. They showed up without calling first and had the gate open all day with no care for my chickens. They damaged the yard and I’m still waiting for them to repair it. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Very disorganized and they promise but don’t deliver. I gave 3 stars because they did get the tree down from a difficult position. Won’t use again.

Zack's crew did an outstanding job taking down five trees for us. They took the time to move any furniture that may have been in the way. We are grateful to have used them and wouldn't hesitate to either use them again, or recommend them to others.

We had several old oaks that we loved needing limbs removed and Franklin Tree Service was superb in their planning to protect our lawn from the equipment . The limbing was very carefully done and looked great!

I called wanting to see how best to protect some 100+ year old trees after we built a house on 40 acres. They sent an 'arborist' out, basically he said all my trees where going to die because of construction, and he only wanted to quote removing them. it's been several years and the trees are doing fine. don't trust their 'arborist'. I went to Parke and they had a different opinion, and they have been very good to work with.

Franklin Tree Service is efficient, well-equipped, experienced, and reliable. I will call on them again when needed because they will give me a clear estimate, show up on time as scheduled, and tackle a complicated job with ease. I had three mature trees growing too close to the back of a building on one side, hanging over a railroad track on the other. The job was completed in a few hours, including clean-up. It’s a well-run business. 👍

We contracted with Franklin Tree Service to tame (prune/trim/raise canopies, etc. ) all of our trees and shrubs, which had been neglected for some time. When our project came up on their schedule, we were out of town, but we felt comfortable enough with Zack and his crew that we asked them to do the job without us being home. We arrived home to find that their crew had done a wonderful job. The trees and shrubs look fantastic, and they had cleaned up so well that no one would know that there had been a tree-trimming crew at our house! Definitely recommend!

Franklin Tree did a fantastic job trimming 4 large trees, removing several bushes and cleaning it all up. The team was knowledgeable, on time, communicative and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Franklin Tree Service!

Zack Poteet and his crew are absolute pros at all things trees. Beyond being a wonderful human being Zack is an accomplished arborist with many additional certifications that make him qualified to help with even the toughest environments. Are they the cheapest. NO. But I believe they are the absolute best because they know what they are doing, have all the equipment they would ever need for any kind of job, show up when they said they would and leave everything in a way that makes you want to call them back the next time you need them.

I recently moved to this area and my new homesite required lots of tree trimming and removal to make the green space more appealing and comfortable.
All the important aspects of providing a service - communication, responsiveness, knowledge, recommendations, work, and cost - were all done pleasantly, efficiently, effectively, and reasonably by Franklin Tree Service.
My wife and I were very pleased with the results. They easily earned a five star rating.

We have used Franklin Tree Service twice in two weeks. The first time was an emergency due to a storm taking down a tree. They came out & and had a crew here in two hours. They had everything cleaned up in another two hours! Then, we decided to take down another tree that was leaning before it fell as well. They scheduled us and returned a couple of weeks later. They sent a large crew each time & they have major equipment to do the job fast & efficiently. They also clean up the area very well.

I have used Franklin Tree Service over the last few years. They have done small tree pruning jobs to removing large trees for me. The cost has been very reasonable and the work top-notch. They have always shone up when scheduled. Highly recommended.

We had two huge trees removed and Franklin Tree Service did an amazing job! They cleaned up everything and were very careful to protect our fence. We were very pleased with their work!

They may be all right with tree removal, but they are going to cause a lot of trouble while doing it. I let them know that I needed access to my mailbox, and needed the postman to be able to deliver my mail (they were blocking it). They moved the truck and replaced it with a different one. I again requested they leave the mailbox unblocked, and they ignored me for a good 30 minutes, then removed the truck and put a larger one in its place.
Edited to add later: They replaced the reflector marking the end of my driveway, and the stones they had moved, which I REALLY appreciate. It is clear that they are extremely skilled and very careful in the work they do, and it is dangerous work, so I give them high marks for the actual tree work. They also made a good effort to clean up any fallen tree debris.

I was impressed with the quality of the tree removal experience. We had 12 trees removed on a rather challenging hillside on my property. The Franklin Tree team Utilizes top notch equipment and skilled workers. The job was completed efficiently with no damage to the property and safety of the workers were a top priority. Cleanup was excellent. I recommend them for any size project you may have.
