Franklin Tree Service helped my family tremendously in a time of urgent need when a massive tree fell in our backyard and was being held up by another tree. Within hours, they had a crew that was able to help us. They are professional, reliable and price competitive. I am grateful for this wonderful company!

Zack and the Franklin Tree Service team are excellent. I had two (2) large trees removed from the rear of my property last June. Franklin Tree Service removed them safely and efficiently without tearing up my yard. They have the equipment and skills to do the job right.

This company’s crew tore down a large pine tree that was in between 2 homes in Franklin. They did an awesome job including cleanup. I recommend this company for all your tree removal needs and the price is right. Great customer service from the initial estimate and completion.

I have used Franklin Tree Service twice now. Once to remove a tree that fell during a storm and once to do pruning and remove another tree. They sent a big crew for the work with lots of equipment and had the jobs done quickly. When the crew had questions, they asked for my input. I am very happy with the service I would recommend them for tree service in Middle Tennessee and I would certainly use them again.

FranklinTree Service did an awesome job. They were punctual, did a perfect job of exactly what we wanted and clean up was outstanding! You wouldn’t even know they had been there except the trees looked so much better! Will definitely refer them to anyone that needs their service!

Over the past couple of years Franklin Tree Service has removed seven trees from my property, all of them very big. They have a very experienced crew that are very personable and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure that damage to the landscape was minimal. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the work sites. I did some comparison shopping and their price was right in the ballpark with other companies.

Franklin Tree Service's attention to detail prior to, during and after the work they completed for us was impressive. Professional arborist's (w/ his credentials) are becoming difficult to find, but so worth the money. (From an equipment dealer who sells arborist supplies, chippers, stump grinders, etc. to tree services daily) They're very busy ( for good reason ) but if you have time to wait, you'll be glad you did ! Franklin Tree Service performed a fantastic job taking down two huge trees in my backyard. I was impressed by the professionalism (the crew actually wore proper protective gear) and skill. They were able to take the trees down without damaging the surround trees or the fence below. Their price was very competitive and their work was top notch. Franklin Tree Service went above and beyond, always respectful, and very friendly. Our property had 16 tall ash trees of various circumferences that had died due to the Emerald Ash Borer infestation. We also needed trimming of four other large trees. In addition to our contacting Franklin Tree Service, we also requested quotes from three other local tree services. Of those four companies, Franklin Tree Service was the best value. They priced the job very competitively and exceeded every expectation in their responsiveness, skill, and professionalism. For any professional tree services I may need in the future, I am calling Franklin Tree Service. I definitely recommend them.

Franklin Tree Service did a great job for me. I had several trees that had not been attended to in several years. They gave me a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. They were very knowledgable and cleaned up the trimmings completely. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them for all my tree care.

Zack from Franklin Tree Service performed an ISA certified tree risk assessment for me in May 2025. I have a valuable 80 year old Black Walnut tree that a neighbor was pruning. I contacted other tree services in the area, but couldn't find anyone else to even do this report for a residential homeowner, much less at a reasonable cost. Franklin Tree Service provided me exactly the report I needed. They are professional, highly qualified, and cost effective. I highly recommend them!

Starting from when Zack came out to survey our property for dangerous trees, to the day they finished up the work, our experience with Franklin Tree Service has been absolutely stellar. For two days, I watched them work from morning to late afternoon, removing 8 dangerous trees from behind our house without even breaking a branch off of our many azaleas, rhododendrons or japanese maples. It was one of the coolest experiences of my life. These guys are real pros and it's magical to watch them work. The climber was amazing and fast, cutting branches off which were safely lowered via rope down to my driveway where they were chipped. Then he tied and cut huge sections of trees which were lifted high into the sky, away from my house, by the badass 120-ton crane and set down carefully on our driveway to be chopped up by the wood processing crew. Lastly, these guys left nothing on our property. They cleaned up everything with care. I will always use Franklin Tree Service for any future needs.

Kevin sent a crew over to remove a few broken branches from a river birch, including one heavy branch about 30 feet high that could have fallen on grandkids in the yard. They arrived on time, were friendly and very polite and professional. They cleaned everything up. The price was fair, especially compared to what other quotes we got. We recommend them highly.
