We had a great experience with Franklin Tree Service. We had to have a large tree removed and they showed up with four vehicles and a dozen men in the crew. They were super friendly and worked fast. After safely taking it down they quickly ground the stump down and cleaned up 100%. They raked my whole front yard to wrap it up. Totally recommended.

Franklin Tree Service did an amazing job. The huge tree in my yard was removed quickly and professionally. One worker climbed and worked flawlessly with the chainsaw. He made it look easy!
After the tree was down everyone worked together to grind the stump, haul off the huge limbs, and chip up the remaining debris.
when they left, my driveway, sidewalk, and the street were completely clean.

Zechariah, Drew , Benjamin and their entire team deserve more than five stars. They removed so many dead trees and kept all the flowers that i asked them to take care of if possible because the bees love them. I never thought anyone would be able to this job. To remove those trees without destroying all the flowers but they did it. The quality is top notch! Thank you guys!!!!!! Forever grateful!

EDIT TO ADD: now that is summer and my flowers are in bloom I wanted to add the photos of the beautiful flowers that the FTS team saved for me and show a photo of how CLOSE that big old rotten ash tree they removed was to my flowers. Bees are SO crucial and important and we humans need to keep them thriving. I told Drew and Ben just how important the flowers were for me and they kept the flowers INTACT. so here are the photos so you guys can see the AMAZING and careful job they did 💛🌸🐝

All I can say is these guys are professionals. We had a few trees that were leaning perilously close to the house after last weeks storm and they did an amazing job of taking them down without any harm or even a scratch.

Zack and his crew were very professional, prompt and worked clean. The price was not outrageous and I was very happy with the tree removal and trimming of my huge front tree. In the Spring, two Bradford Pear trees near my home were damaged by a strong storm. A large branch broke off one of the the trees and nearly hit the corner of my house and my tankless water heater. I realized that the task of cleaning up the trees was going to be too much for us and that we needed a professional tree service. I got quotes from 5 different companies before I selected Franklin Tree Service. Not only did they have the lowest quote for this job, but every time I had a question Zack answered the same day or next morning. They had no trouble providing me with their Certificate of Liability Insurance, assuring me they did not use sub-contractors and that I could pay online. Once I had accepted their quote, they kept me informed about when they would be coming and on the week the work was to be done they confirmed again the day they would come. They arrived early in the morning and worked for 3 straight hours to remove the trees completely (see my before and after photos). The whole process was very professional and they removed every single trace of the 2 trees without leaving anything much for us to clean up, except the sawdust from the stump grinding - which we expected. I highly recommend Franklin Tree Service!

The ice storm seriously damaged a number of our large trees (30’ or more). We had to have 10 removed and others trimmed. Franklin Tree Service did a terrific job using state of the art equipment. They were able to do all the work in one day, removing all the debris and leaving our yard in great shape. You can rely on this company to prove excellent work at a fair price.

The ice storm of January 2026 hit my yard hard.The first number I called (even before the power company)was Franklin Tree Service at 7am that Sunday morning.
No power and trees down all over, ice on every surface a knock on the door was Zach saying “I’ll get you a way out”.The crew came the next morning to saw through the trunk of a very old hickory, enough to get a car through until the massive demands allowed none emergent work to be done. I didn’t mind a few days wait for the total job as Zach had done several fallen tree jobs here.

Has been my pet for over 30 years. The crew was professionally gentle where they needed to be.
All the heavy equipment needed for the job can be a scary sight to a plantsman. Hudson guided a huge pine over my 50ft stream and pond gently over a fence and through a gate with the control panel for a giant crane spread out over the entire turnaround. 2 climbers were up over a 100 ft removing window makers in walnut and poplar. Chain saw noises and the tidy areas appearing as the ground crews worked their magic was exciting to watch.
I hear there is a fourth generation arborist and climber on the crew.
An appreciation of the tree in our landscape continues with Franklin Tree Service.

Knock-on-Wood just finished up cutting up and removing the nine or so downed trees we had from the January ice storm (they were wisely waiting for a string of dry days so they have not torn up our yard). Have done a great job. Very tidy and efficient, removing not only the debris from the downed trees but also other sticks and branches from the yard leaving it tidier than it was before the storm.
This is the third time we have used them and each time we have been very happy with their communications, pricing, and performance. I strongly recommend.
