This is a review of our experience of the design process with Brayden. We have not had the actual landscape work done with Elements of Eden and DO NOT plan to do so. We were initially quoted 3 hours billed for a landscape design. Over zoom, we reviewed the initial design and had some changes. We watched as those changes were made before our very eyes in the design system. He told us he'd finished some changes and send it over.

The slope of our backyard is a major issue and we didn't think that design would work. We talked through some other ideas about using the existing concrete pad we had to extend it to be more usable space. We agreed to do an entirely different design and what came back was not as we had discussed. Again, it still used part of the sloped areas of our yard. This design we did not like at all but we expected to pay an additional 3 hours for the design. So in total, 2 designs and some adjustments would put us at 7-8 hours? Nope. We were billed 10.75 hours and even when I questioned it, he didn't budge. Needless to say, we won't be moving forward with Elements of Eden.

They installed trees in my backyard and they look great. They were affordable and they were easy to work with.

I've worked with Elements a couple of years. Design and replacement of bad product installed by the company when my home was built. We planned it over a year project and in phases. Always prompt and on time weather permitting. Friendly to working on my budget to have 80% of my yard redone and pool area. Neighbors have used Elements as well with great success even concrete work.

Highly recommend to anyone needing landscaping work. Brayden worked with us and was very helpful!

He spent hours tracking down special (hard to find) trees and plants for me. If he doesn’t have the answer, he will find it. Working tirelessly until dark if that’s what he needs to do. Cassie was absolutely wonderful. She designed our space and remembered small details from our initial conversation. I gave her very little in the way of ideas, but she understood what I liked. Her turnaround was quick, the scheduled work even QUICKER, and the guys installed in our backyard in 4 hours what would've taken us weeks to complete. She was honest with me involving pricing, priority elements in the project, etc. Cassie came and inspected the completed work and made sure the space was cleaned up apporpriately. She also brought by samples of colored stone for me to look at without my asking! Very pleased. Planning to use them for another landscaping project soon.
