Jonathan took such good care of our previous lawn that it was the best looking yard on the street! He is regular with his fertilization and weed prevention treatments. Now that we've moved, we are relieved that he is starting improvements already on our new yard!

Stumpty Dumpty has removed stumps planted trees and shrubs and laid all of our Palisades sod .

I can't say enough good things Stumpty Dumpty! They were responsive, polite, punctual, and generous. I had a relatively small mulch job for them, nothing special. But they were flexible and worked around my schedule, changing the date at my request. They made multiple trips out to make sure the service was completed. They were so kind as well! Going above and beyond what I would expect from a service like this.
As an example, we had some colored marbles that we had laid out for my 2-year-old son to play with. Stumpty Dumpty took the time to collect about 150 marbles before dumping mulch, JUST IN CASE we wanted them!
So kind, so thoughtful, so nice.
My only regret is that I don't have more business to send their way.

First time using this company and I loved it ! They had same day appointments, the lady who scheduled was very nice and explained thoroughly. My tech Tevin was professional, helpful and did the cleaning in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again and request Tevin back. All around 5 star service.

Dominic did a great job of cleaning the carpet in two bedrooms and a couple of area rugs. He arrived early and only took two hours to clean. We had the rooms mostly emptied which helped. They are clean again after 15 years of foot traffic.

Technician was extremely nice and professional. He did a great job on the carpets. He gets a 5 star rating for customer service. The company gets a 3 overall because of being severely overpriced. Paying OVER $900 for rooms that are charged double for size, when the floors are over 70% covered in large pieces of furniture, is completely unreasonable. Literally only 30% or LESS had to be cleaned since the furniture is not moved. So realistically, what you actually get cleaned falls far beneath their "standard small room size" in fine print. This is standard practice with most carpet cleaners but this company's price was outrageous. We paid half of that last year for the same spaces with a highly reputable company. My husband was caught off guard with the price but went ahead and allowed them to clean since they came out. Confirm the REAL price before you have them come out.

Walter did an amazing job. Carpet and sofa look great, and like new. Both old and new kid and pet stains are gone completely. Great work!

Ty was my technician and he had a trainee with him name Aaron and they both was friendly and He was on time, and even though I was quoted a price over the phone that I was supposed to pay. and it was not the price I was told when Ty explained it to me that it was not the price I still went along with the services. This was my first time using them but overall they did a great job. I'm probably going to use this service again I would recommend ty as the technician.

Walter was very professional and cleaned a rug that has not been cleaned in years! I did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised! It looks as if I have a new rug. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. This establishment is a keeper!

Robby was absolutely PHENOMENAL :) I was about 5 mins late thinking that the tracker may have been off.. (I am located in Nesbit, MS.) It was not, and he was so nice to wait. My Large Sectional looks brand new... The room that I was most concerned about, doesn't even look like a disgusting 7 year old boy even resides there. Thanks Robby!!! Highly recommend Safe Dry...
