I’m very serious about reviews because I depend heavily on them myself. I was skeptical about having my carpet cleaned because it’s a relatively new home and I didn’t want my carpet to change textures after the chemicals. Marvin was the expert and he explained the process to me, he was very knowledgeable, kind and patient in making sure that I understood. He assisted me with the removal of a huge rug so that he could clean the carpet. Safe-Dry and Marvin are definitely the safest and most effective that I’ve used in a long time. The advertisement of pricing was different than the actual quote but Marvin worked with me so that we both could be at ease. Thank you for a marvelous job Marvin!

Robby from Safe-Dry did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and the results were better than I expected — our carpets look brand new. Terry Bradford did such a wonderful job with my living room carpet! he was respectful, accurate, patient, and overall just did magic with my carpet! I was ready to throw away my carpet, because other carpet cleaning services just never could get the stains out or restore the color back, but Terry Bradford did! The price was WAY higher than I expected which I wasn't too happy about, but im extremely happy with it. Three dogs and a toddler DESTROYED these carpets, and Robby made them look like they did when we first moved in! Amazing. Got the pet cleaning added.

I would suggest City Wide to any and everybody! They are very thorough; unlike some cleaning services that vacuum around the trash cans, City Wide picks objects up and really cleans the facility. I am very pleased with the work they’ve done. I spoke with Paris Mitchell, and he was informative and got the job done.
