I checked a few reviews before calling TN Upholstery & Rug Cleaning for carpet cleaning. Mateo answered, was friendly and professional, and gave me a clear quote over the phone. He mentioned the schedule might be about a week or so out, but when I called back to book, he was able to fit us in within 2 days since the time of day did not matter to us. On the appointment day, he called around 10:45 to ask if arriving early would be okay because he was ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. He got right to work, and one room needed much more attention because of heavy soil and traffic marks, so he spent extra time doing a deeper clean. Even with the added effort, the final price stayed exactly the same as the original quote. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and very professional. The carpets looked great after they dried, felt fresh, and the rooms had a much cleaner appearance overall. We will definitely schedule regular service again in about 6 months and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Germantown looking for dependable carpet cleaning.

Terrible service. I think this company is a fraud. I had scheduled a cleaning and was told I would be called with an eta. No one called so I called them and asked I was told again someone would call me within 5 minutes. After an hour I called again and they told me the technician was no longer able to help me. This is extremely disappointing because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my family. Do not use this company despite the other reviews.

Monroe and Andre were great. courteous, informative, supportive and neat. They were right on time and the work took just about as long as they estimated.

Jayce was great. respectful and explained Carpet looks way better as it had not be cleaned in a long time and a kids room. Got out the stains. Looks way better! Will use you again for sure. Not a awful price either!

Feeling desperate, I quickly got in touch with TN Upholstery & Rug Cleaning, and they promptly got to work, expertly returning my carpet to its original state in just a few moments. Impressively, they removed the damaged section where the bleach had spilled and, with skilled accuracy, revived the whole carpet! i am thoroughly convinced! My carpet now radiates the freshness and charm it had when i first bought it, leaving me entirely pleased and happy! indeed, giovanni is a genuine maestro at carpet repair.

I had a great experience the first time I used their carpet cleaning service. This time, however, I was a bit disappointed, but overall it turned out well. The cleaner finished in just 30 minutes. I had one small room deducted from the cleaning because he mentioned that the living room was large. I had already moved the small furniture items out of the way for him, so he had a clear path to work. The open area was about 10x10, and the rug in the first bedroom was very small. The second bedroom also had a 10x10 area but was mostly taken up by the bed and dressers. Since everything was out of the way, he was able to complete the job quickly. I paid $157 for this half-hour service, which included setup. The first time, he seemed very eager to please, and while he did work on some glue stains from tape, it felt like he primarily cleaned the walk areas. I ended up having to clean the other room myself, which was just a small pathway. In hindsight, I should have communicated better about the areas that needed cleaning before he started, especially since there were two senior ladies present, making it an easy job.

Did anyone experience a flooded basement from the recent rain? I did, with about half an inch of water covering three rooms, two of which were finished. I reached out to a couple of companies for help. One was busy dealing with other water issues and said they would get back to me in a few days. When I mentioned my basement was finished, they promised to call me first thing the next morning. I then contacted another company and spoke to Mateo. While we were taking out the padding from the carpet that could be saved, Kaden arrived within 30 minutes, and Mateo joined him shortly after with dehumidifiers and powerful air movers. They began extracting the water from the carpet, disinfecting surfaces, and setting up several air movers. By the end of the second day, the other company finally called me to schedule an inspection. Over the next couple of days, Mateo made multiple trips to shift furniture, check moisture levels in the floors, carpets, and walls. In short, the team responded quickly, inspected, tested, disinfected, extracted, dried, and managed everything very efficiently and professionally. They even provided suggestions for flooring vendors and advice on sump pumps and preventive measures moving forward—all for about a third of what other companies estimated. While the other company offers great service, especially with insurance, Mateo and his team delivered 5-star service right away, with excellent value. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them first if I face a situation like this again. I highly recommend their services!
