Chris and Charles were outstanding. They replaced our bathroom vent fans and removed an old, outdated speaker system with total professionalism. They were courteous, polite, and extremely thorough. Given the age of our home, I had real concerns about potential fire hazards—but they completely put my mind at ease by double-checking and confirming that all lines were fully dead before proceeding.

They explained everything clearly, kept communication open, and even texted well ahead of their arrival to ensure we had plenty of time to prepare. They walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood each step.

Jacob the Electrician was amazing in their quick repair of my rental property after the Nashville ice storm. What a relief to deal with them! A large tree came down on the electric line from street to house and damaged the riser and connections on the roof. In the middle of the post-storm chaos, they responded immediately to my inquiry, were out the next day to inspect and make an estimate, and the next day to do the repair. They promised to come back out and glue down the roof boot later when the weather dried out, which they did. I am not local, so they worked with me on payment methods, took detailed photos of before and after for my insurance, and always responded within a few hours to my questions. Thoroughly impressed! I will definitely be calling Jacob the Electrician for any electrical needs from now on!

We had a great experience this morning with professionals from Jacob the Electrician. They showed up promptly at the expected time and were efficient, friendly and communicative. We had a total of four light fixtures to be replaced and a wall switch to be relocated. We appreciated that when we discussed our idea for where to place the wall switch, they suggested a better solution than what we originally came up with. We had a ceiling fan/light, entryway pendant light, and two track lights all removed and replaced with semiflush mount lights. All work areas were cleaned up nicely after they were done. Pricing was very fair. The entire process was smooth, with an appointment request made on the website and a return call the same day for project details and setting up the service appointment. We would definitely use them again for future tasks.

Jacob and his team were incredible when I needed an intake plug and interlock switch installed. Even though I know they were busy due to a large storm and many without power, he was gracious and patient with any questions I had. They did a great job and were very professional. Highly recommend.

After a couple of estimates I went with Jacob as he was ~15% lower than others. His guys did an awesome job of getting our new hot tub wired up. Couldn’t have been happier with the quality of work.

Truly excellent service. My wife and I bought a new home, and we had a great deal of electrical work done by JTE (panel upgrade, numerous floodlights installed on a smart system, etc.). Their work was top notch on all of it. They were always prompt on arrival and communicated ahead of time if there was ever going to be a delay. They were also very accommodating to make impromptu changes in addition to the already agreed upon scope of work. Just overall very professional work. We've had a lot of contractors do work on our new home, and JTE has been the best of all of them. Highly recommend.

Nicholas and Randy came out to my house to repair an issue with landscaping lights and to install a new light fixture outside. They were super knowledgeable, easy to work with and were respectful of our house. They were able to do a lot of work in a very reasonable amount of time. When I include how honest and thorough Jacob was with the initial estimate process, I have no doubt that I will contact them again with any electrician work that I may need in the future.
