Threw a difficult issue at Jared and not only did he respond quickly, but he was able to speak clearly into the issue and his fix has worked (now almost a month later). I recommend his work.

Pioneer electric is BEST IN CLASS. They are creative problem solvers with an eye toward perfection. They don't just see what needs to be done, they see what CAN be done. Jared thought of things other electricians didn't bother to think of. He cares. He digs in. He calls back when ideas strike. I have used Pioneer Electric for a major renovation (turning a garage into a revenue-generating cottage,) as well as various electrical problems around the house. I used him to help with a major room renovation and I have his number saved and at the ready for every future project - including a major kitchen reno. There is nothing that stumps him and nothing he can't handle. If you're looking for the cheapest possible way to get something handled - look elsewhere and say your prayers that your house doesn't burn to the ground. If, however, you want the best possible work, at a fair price, call Pioneer Electric, get the job done, and forget about it.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Great service, great communication, just excellent on every level. And there are a couple of bad reviews, and they are not him! Those are for a large company and IDK why Google or the people that left them don't remove them.

Jared and his crew do GREAT work. They’re clean, neat, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and look for ways to go above-and-beyond. After having them around for a week or two for a big job, I’ve considered finding another excuse to have them back, because they’re nice to have around and talk with!

Jared and Levi are the real deal. They’re honest, reliable, and take a ton of pride in their work. Had the guys from Jacob the Electrician out to fix some faulty wiring and add a new circuit in our kitchen. They communicated clearly, showed up on time and worked quickly/efficiently. Matt and Jacob were both very friendly and got the job done without issue. Will definitely be calling them for future projects.

I called multiple electrical companies in Hendersonville and not a single one called me back. I called Jacob The Electrician and Chris called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a text message. Chris was absolutely fantastic with his customer service and coordination of getting me some help with a 220 outlet receptacle for our dryer. Chris managed to get us out help and within one and a half hours they arrived at our door. Both of these young men came in and got straight to work and got our 220 outlet and receptacle working within a half hour. I highly recommend Jacob The Electrician! Matt came out and did an amazing job. I had a handful of issues and he knocked them out really quickly and was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for any electrician needs!
