Justin did a great job at a very fair price. Installed a new 50A 240V receptacle, found and corrected some issues in my breaker panel, and repaired some poorly-done DIY wiring done by a previous homeowner. His skills, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding.

This is the second time we have used Pioneer Electric Company and I can't say enough good things about Jared and his crew. They were able to replace the motors in a couple of bathroom fans without needing to do more extensive install work as well as add some more lighting in our basement. Highly recommended!

I used them (Jared) as part of a larger project redesigning our home. They installed an electric fireplace, some chandeliers and sconces, new fans and several new outlets and switches—all within less than a two week timeframe. They were extremely communicative/informative, knowledgeable and speedy (the only part of the makeover project that was!). 10/10 would recommend

Jared visited my residence on Jan 31. He is a very helpful and professional individual who is careful to explain the pros and cons of the various services. If I follow through on my project or a portion thereof, I will definitely keep Pioneer Electric in mind. Jared is definitely an asset to his profession.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company. They came out several months ago and provided us a quote of $350 to fix our issue. We had to get the money together and they came back out recently. When the technician showed up, the price had suddenly jumped to $947 with no explanation. We signed off on this on his tablet and he went to work. He was here for about three hours, but in the end, said he couldn't fix the issue and that he'd have to run a new circuit, which would be an additional $980. We declined this but they still expected the payment of $947. However, nothing was fixed, the outlets he worked on were barely screwed back on, and a light fixture was left hanging down in a closet. We can't wrap our head around why we were quoted two different prices and then have us sign off on the drastically increased estimate when you tell us this will fix the problem and then still expect payment when the issue is not resolved? If they were unsure what the issue was, why give us an estimate to begin with? The technician was nice enough and very courteous but the ethics, knowledge, and misleading costs of the company and their service seem questionable. We were left feeling like we were getting scammed out of our money, and with the cost of EVERYTHING in the current state of things, we felt like we were getting taken advantage of. The technician was able to negotiate things for us but this has left a very bad taste in our mouth regarding the company.

Got the job done. Had a good interaction with the tech. He was several hours late, but that happens. The price though. Read the fine print. $69 is just to come out and diagnose your problem. A peek in the attic at a wire, and changing a basic wall plug was over $360. Again, good work, friendly guy, but I was ⚡️shocked⚡️ when he said how much it cost

We are very happy with the job Jared did for the sign at my church. I had concerns that lights could create awkward shadows, be too bright for the neighborhood, or they'd get chewed up by the mower, but Jared came up with a great scheme and I wouldn't change a thing. When we're able, we plan to use Pioneer again to light the building itself. Thanks!

Jared was fantastic. After a power surge in my home on a weekend created some concerning smells, Jared made himself available to investigate and prevent any fire risks. After checking the home’s electrical Jared helped investigate which appliances were damaged, which ultimately identified an and prevented a huge fire risk. Jared was extremely professional and thorough in his service. Highly recommended!

I am so glad a friend recommended Pioneer Electric to me when I was having some electrical issues in the whole house after accidentally cutting my extension cord in half outside while it was plugged into the front porch. Sydney was so helpful with getting me on the schedule quickly and reassuring me that sometimes what appears to be a small fix could be a blessing in disguise because it can reveal a bigger issue that needs attention. Jared and Alexis came out and carefully diagnosed my electrical issue(s) and uncovered a burned wire in the wall that could have caused a fire. He fixed the problem and installed a new fire safe breaker at the box as well as replaced all of the plugs and switches in the den that had gone out. He also fixed a damaged wire in the attic and installed a new outlet on the front porch that was damaged.
It was an expensive fix but well worth the peace of mind and trust I have in Jared. He is professional and kind and definitely knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him to help you with your electrical needs, you will love him and be confident in the work!
