David and Justin, let’s talk about a dynamic duo. Since the first conversation with Justin transparency & professionalism was there. They made sure to take their time with everything they did. Originally we had an electrician come to do work and they did a poorly job. However David and Justin came and realized how bad it was but never made us feel they couldn’t fix it. Thank god for Higher power. I without a doubt use them going forward! Again, thank you David and Justin.

Used this company to repair/replace under kitchen cabinet lighting as well as outside front porch lights. The kitchen lighting was quickly replaced and there were no issues. They determined that the outdoor porch lighting issue was the resulting of failing fixtures. My wife and I decided to purchase new fixtures on our own and explained the same to Justin, the main electrician. Now for the exceptional part..........after purchasing and replacing the new fixtures on our own, we discovered that the lights were still not working. I called Justin and he worked me into same-day service. Upon his arrival, he determined that the bulbs my wife installed were faulty. Justin replaced the bulbs and made sure the fixtures were operational. Despite coming out of his way and working me into same-day service, Justin did not charge me for the new bulbs nor did he charge me for a service call. In fact, Justin did not charge me anything for the second visit.

Higher Power Electric was a joy to work with. From contacting to scheduling the appointment it was so seamless. The team was extremely responsive. Justin White was so friendly, came out early to his appointment and was professional in getting the job done. The work I needed even turned out to be a simple problem to fix so he gave me a lower price than what even had been quoted saying he wanted to be fair. I truly appreciate that out of a company. Not only that but there is a year warranty for my issue so should anything happen I can just give them a call back. I really appreciate them and their work. Highly high recommend!

We had higher power install our electrical for our above ground pool. They were competitive with pricing and Justin was great to work with, had excellent communication. Justin and team came in to install 2 pendants and 2 can lights into our master bedroom. There is no attic access, so they had their work cut out for them. They did a phenomenal job coming up with a strategy to run the lights with minimal impact to the drywall. They were very quick (3 hrs!) and extremely professional. My dog even enjoyed keeping them company! The Higher Power team also kept the area as clean as they could while they worked. Overall, very happy! Would recommend! Thank you, Justin and team!

Justin and David are the best electricians I have worked with so far in Middle Tennessee! Their communication was clear and provided quick responses. They were transparent and provided understanding as to why work needed to be done in layman terms. They upgraded my service, installed a new panel, and checked wiring to ensure it was safe. They were prompt in their arrival time and kept me updated along the way with the project. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive. Our older ranch house from the 60's needed a new breaker panel. Justin walked me through everything we needed and quoted a very reasonable price. Other quotes I got were higher. He installed a new 200 amp box, an additional box outside that is required by codes, all new on the exterior including a new mast and ground wire. It was a day long job that included NES coming out and shutting the power off and then back on. He coordinated all that with NES. Very professional and a nice guy. I highly recommend.
