They were fast and affordable, but the quality of work was less than I had hoped.

We hired Copper Creek Electric to wire in a new hot tub and instead of using the trim ring that came with the unit, they left it beside the tub and squirted clear silicone everywhere. We asked them to come back and fix the problem, but again, instead of disconnecting the tub and using the trim ring as requested, they squirted brown silicone in the hole and told us that is their method.

The breaker has also tripped once since installation and the project manager has let us know to keep an eye on it. I’m nervous we will end up spending more money before getting this right.
