Reviews of local pros in Greenback, Tennessee

I had a large oak tree with a lot of branches over the house, not easy to access because of a steep driveway. They did a great job. I’ll call them again.

This is my second time using Prees Andy do not disappoint. I had MULTIPLE trees 40-80 feet high, many adjacent to my backyard fence, others in the middle of my back yard. No damage at all. And this time, I could not be there, we did the whole transaction by phone and texts.
If you want your experience to be a safe and on time experience, I highly recommend Prees.

We live on a property with a lot of old, beautiful, huge trees, which is one of the reasons we purchased the property. We were worried about some of the branches hanging over our home. We had a couple of "tree experts" come look at our property and were told some obviously healthy trees needed to come down for the cost of $10K-$15K. Fortunately my friend has a contractor which uses Pree's Tree Specialists and they came highly recommended. We called them and sure enough, they confirmed the trees were healthy and recommended trimming the dead limbs off and a few other limbs that were hanging directly over our home. Less than $1K later, we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend.

Pree's Tree Specialists were excellent! They were professional and courteous from the very beginning, had excellent communication, were timely, and completed the work as asked, leaving the property clean and tidy! We had them remove trees along a shoreline to prepare for riprap, along with some other invasive trees. They cut through some poison ivy, cleared away brush and removed a huge bush for us. Very happy with the results!

I contacted Pree's Tree Specialists through the Better Business Bureau. They were very responsive in giving an estimate. We had four large bushes removed, as well as a medium-sized tree. The crew got everything done very quickly and they took great pains to make sure they didn't damage any surrounding plants. They did a great job cleaning up the debris and they gave me a very good price! I will definitely call on them in the future.

This is the second time we've used Prees Trees and we would highly recommend them. The process for getting a quote, accepting the quote, and then payment when the work was done was very easy. The price was very reasonable. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get on the schedule but the work was complete in less than half that time. They performed exactly what was needed and cleaned up such that I would never have known they were there. Thank you for another excellent job!

Detailed quote and timely scheduling. Cody and 2 others were here early, worked hard and laid down yard protection on saturated ground. Clean up was great and were able to do some added work at the same time. I loved the friendly, professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend them

Pree’s Tree is “1” phenomenal company! The work the team proved was extremely professional. The gentleman who removed our five large trees as well as pruning another tree was completed as if they were providing this service at their own home. The owner Ben was working with his team to complete this project as hard demonstrating a true involved person who truly supports and cares about his team. He did this as a co worker not asa owner…NO MICRO MANAGEMENT. We highly recommend this outstanding company.

CFB turned our nightmare into a dream. Ryan and his crew are extremely professional, timely, but most importantly they do NOT cut corners when doing their job. Im very impressed by them and will continue to use them and I would absolutely refer them to anyone who wants an excellent job done for their construction project.

They found the root problem of our septic system which another company (who said they had been doing this for 10 years) didn’t even find. Ryan kept in communication with me the entire project and did everything by the book not cutting any corners when performing the fix. He even worked with the inspector for me to make sure it was all golden and up to code. The experience was honestly amazing and his crew put the cherry on top by leveling and compacting my rock driveway so we wont have a dip where they had to dig just proving their excellent craftsmanship, professionalism, and communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

An honest dude! Gonna do it right!

Honest hard worker and holds true to his word!

Great communication, shows up on time, great work

Great guy, I would use and recommend him for any project!

Ryan Williams is such a great guy and really loves and enjoys the work he gets to do!

My husband said CFB and Ryan was great to work with. We are happy and have zero complaints.

Great family. Does amazing work, great prices. You won’t be disappointed. They Will show up and get the job done.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They went above and beyond for me. They came a day earlier than they said they would, which worked out great for me. They even covered up a large hole for me that they didn’t even dig. They did a great job and I couldn’t be more happy with their work.

Great people to work with. On time, professional, efficient, knowledgeable to help decide what exactly we needed. Was done earlier than scheduled, and we came in under our budget . Would recommend any time !!

CFB Construction is very reliable and professional. They work hard to get the job done efficiently with high-quality work!
I would definitely recommend CFB Construction.

Ryan helped me finish the backfill on my house at a lower cost than it would have even cost me to rent the equipment and do it myself and came out on a Sunday to beat some weather that was rolling in the next week! He did an awesome job, despite the yellowjacket attack!

I’m building a house and was using another excavation company until that guy wouldn’t respond back or show up to do his job. Now that CFB Construction is doing my excavating, I couldn’t be happier! He shows up when he says he will, he is very communicative, and very meticulous with his work. Thank you CFB Construction for all the excavating and land clearing!
