These guys ROCK! we had been battling a serious plumbing problem for a month and everywhere we called put us off and was wanted 3x was Sands did it for . And they came on a sunday in the cold and dug and repaired 2 broken pipes. We are on a fixed income and they saved us a bundle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

We had a recirculating pump added to our hot water line and a toilet reseated. The work was performed professionally and Chris’ pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

Mr Sands came on a hot Sunday to repair a broken exterior water line. Broken by a prime cable contractor. He was prompt, easy to deal with and charged me reasonably. I will call him if any other plumbing repairs are needed.

We needed an estimate for plumbing for a garage we soon will be building. We couldn’t even get other plumbers to answer the phone or call back. Not only did Chris call me back, he went to the job site exactly when he said he would and so far we are EXTREMELY happy with Chris!

I found Sands Plumbing to be very professional and the cost for a service call quite reasonable. When I need help he came quickly, was friendly, even jovial, and accomplished the task easily. He even put 'booties' over his shoes so as not to carry any foreign debris into the house. That's a sign of class.

From me, one who has been accused of being a perfectionist, he comes highly recommended.

Answered the phone when I called. Gave me an estimate over the phone that I thought was very reasonable and told me when they could do the job. Showed up right on time. Got the job done completely and correctly. Charged me exactly what I was quoted. It's been a few weeks since the job and everything is just fine. Will use them again for any future plumbing needs. What else can I say?

Chris helped me on three occasions. The first time I met him was from a google search and he installed a gas pipe for our new natural gas stove in our kitchen. The second was to repair a water main pipe outside leading into our home on a Mothers day weekend. The third time was to help raise a water heater off the ground to code when I was selling a house. Every time he has been responsive and courteous while producing a professional service done right. I will always use Chris for any plumbing needs in the future.

Honest quick an professional! They called the day before to confirm a time . And called when they were on the way ! Honest about everything. I rent so they could’ve done whatever a charged the land lord but it was a simple clog and he was finished and called me to fill me in on everything in under an hour ! Thank you ! Y’all are great

My husband & I moved to Sweetwater, TN November 2023. We needed plumbers, electricians, etc….Chris Sands was recommended to us and he is bar none the BEST!!! He answers ALL calls, shows up every time he promises and is one of the nicest people we’ve met. I hope he’ll come back when we do our Kitchen renovation. Honest, friendly, on time, fair. All positives when it comes to Chris!

A few years ago I used Sands Plumbing to install a water heater. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He had us back with hot water in less than a couple of hours and was very reasonably priced! Recently, I used Sands Plumbing again to install a kitchen faucet. He sent someone out the very next day and saved us again! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a competent plumber!

Chris did the finish on our plumbing in our new house. Everything was ok except for a couple sink faucets that were never tightened properly. I got ahold of him about it and he said he would come by and fix them. That was over two months ago and he won’t return calls. Pretty lousy way to run a business
