Owner was very disrespectful on first telephone call. I understand that people in business are often busy, but I had four trees that needed to at least be trimmed, with two of them possibly removed, and the owner (I didn't catch his name) was unacceptably rude and disrespectful in our first and only telephone conversation. I am being generous in suggesting that his conduct may have been influenced by the fact that he was busy when I called. There is no excuse for treating a (would be) customer like that.

Character is revealed when we are under stress, and the character revealed in that brief conversation is one that I wouldn't trust and wouldn't allow to my home. Definitely NOT "top notch".

The business has responded to my review by suggesting that I am acting in concert with other people who have left negative reviews. To make the record clear, I am in no way associated with any of the other negative reviews of Top Notch Tree Management. My review is based on my own personal experience, and nothing else.

I have relied on Top Notch on numerous occasions . Holden and his team of highly skilled, dedicated, conscientious folks are amazing! They are equipped with a multitude of exceptional "tools of the trade" ranging from bucket trucks, heavy lifting devices, top of the line chainsaws etc etc. These guys mean business when they show up on the job! I've had Top Notch do tree work as well as do my crush and run driveway addition (needed room for my boat) and I highly recommend this outstanding team!!

Top Notch does great work! Holden and his guys are dependable and trustworthy, hard-working young men. We had some major clearing done on 2 different properties and they did it effectively and efficiently. We highly recommend them!

I had some trees removed and others pruned along the driveway. Holden and his crew did an excellent job! He had great communication and was on time. They hauled everything off and raked my yard to make it look better than it did before!

I was really impressed with Holden and his team when they came out to do some stump grinding for us. We had several large stumps and a very steep back yard but they handled it without issue. Timely, professional, and reasonably priced: I would recommend them to anyone in the Chattanooga area!

Definitely professional and the conversations where “top notch”, used his services many times and he shows up always on time like he says and is professional with the work. Definitely would recommend 11/10

Holden and his team did a fantastic job. Got my yard cleaned up and the tree gone in just a couple hours. You couldn’t even tell there was a tree there to begin with. Fantastic job. I would definitely recommend to all.

Holden and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. We had several trees and stumps removed. They also completely cleared the drainage ditch next to our driveway. Not only were they timely, professional, and reasonably priced but they were also transparent and kept us informed every step of the process. They even went as far to remove an extra cluster of small stumps and put grass seed and hay all over the worked areas. They even removed brush that my husband and I had cut down weeks earlier. They raked and used blowers to leave our property looking better then when they arrived. If you need tree work, GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL!
