The online booking system is a huge plus and they were right on time for the appointment. No quote until they're there and about to start though and it ended up being about 50% more than other local people. I used Cuenca Cleaning for the move-out clean, highly recommend, and I found out later they do carpets as well so in hindsight I would've gone with them.

I also wasn't too impressed with the stain removal considering the price. Overall though it was adequate. Would be 4 stars if priced more competitively.

Their invoice follow-up email a week later claimed to be a third attempt and threatened legal action for non-payment. They do realize people are often in the middle of moving when they get a move-out carpet cleaning, right?
