Contacted Ken Miller at the Pipe Dr. to help my mom with a severe plumbing pipe problem. Ken sent Ervin Bodiford, a true professional who did not rest until he had the problem resolved. The resolution required working with the Hall water district and Ervin managed a group of people that at times had ten trucks and 15 workers on the job. He would not let anyone leave until my 90 year old mother had working toilets in her house. Truly this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever seen. The Pipe Doctor and Ken and Ervin are true hero’s to me and my family and have a customer for life. Look no further if you need someone to do the right plumbing job for you!

Jackson done a wonderful job! He was very hard working. He was professional and friendly! He got the job done and unclogged my drains! Would definitely recommend Jackson and The Pipe Doctor to everyone!

Have used them repeatedly for minor issues each time there was no communication between the office staff and the workers always come unprepared. always promise to come back in a timely manner and have to call back out repeatedly to get someone to finish the job. Have also called them out for the same problem more than once and still having issues ..and upon my last phone call to schedule an appointment for them to rectify their mistake... Cannot even get a return phone call ...so much for utilizing our local companies. Will never recommend them will never use them again

Replaced tank less water heater that was less than a year old. The owner and staff that came was friendly did what they could to get a replacement for us. I would recommend!

Came out same day for what we thought was a main drain clog. Turns out a root was going into the pipe. They had us completely fixed by noon the next day. Great service.

I called Pipe Doctor late Thursday afternoon, talked with Wes about a water heater replacement; he gave me an estimate, I ask him to schedule me in and Friday morning Ervin and another gentleman came and got my new water heater in and going. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED!!! Their prices are very reasonable and the service and kindness of everyone is the best!!! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs...I put them on speed dial!

I had good experiences in the past but this year has been a disaster working with this company to simply repair 2 leaking toilets. They fired the first guy who came out to make the repair. After 3 more visits from other workers, they still could not fix or diagnose a leaking toilet. They all left and said you are good to go.my professional plumber company fixed it and diagnosed the problem in about 1 minute. Zach the manager would say he was going to take care of it and then wouldn't call back. Now Suzannes 'putting a lien on me. I guess she is going to claim the toilet they couldn't fix. Keep searching for another company that actually finishes the job with integrity.

The Pipe Doctor came out to fix our shower leak. They had all the supplies with them and fixed it immediately. I have used The Pipe Doctor several times and each time they were professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. Thank you!!

The guys were at my home right on time to replace my kitchen faucet. It turned out to be one heck of a job because my kitchen plumbing had issues. The guys worked their butts off! I was so pleased. I recommend them highly. Very nice folks and very professional!

Whoever was driving on chapman highway around 4:30 this afternoon, super unsafe. Driving on my bumper and then weaving in and out of traffic to do the same to several other people. sooooo unprofessional and dangerous. I felt they were going to hit me several times

Great communication from the company employees. It's nice to have a local plumber I feel I can trust to do a good job and not overcharge. I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

I’ve used this business before and am grateful for Joseph’s prompt and professional service with my most recent issue. He diagnosed our problem almost immediately, resolved the leak, and completed repairs. I am satisfied with his work and that of Pipe Doctor.

Our home warranty company sent The Pipe Doctor to our house after another plumbing company tried and failed to fix a kitchen sink that was not draining. Shawn came out and in about 30 minutes had the sink draining perfectly. Thank you Pipe Doctor for knowing what you're doing and completing the job in a friendly and professional manner.
Update. Two months after the first visit from The Pipe Doctor we had a separate plumbing issue arise. This time we requested that the work be completed by The Pipe Doctor. After some back and forth and an awesome display of effort by Ken, the warranty company approved the job to be completed. The service techs assigned arrived as scheduled and did an outstanding job replacing the septic lines in our very low crawlspace. My husband and I were both impressed with how friendly, professional, and efficient these guys are. We will continue to use The Pipe Doctor after our warranty expires. They know their job and do it well. Thanks guys for taking care of us again!!!

Jackson was professional and kind. He did excellent work on our old pipes and was able to extract a doll head that had made it's way down the pipe after a bath! He was able to come out within 48 hours of our call and you cannot beat the pricing. Really great work, very professional and affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

Joseph came out to the house today and helped find where the water was coming from in our ceiling. He was great and I would recommend calling them for plumbing repairs if you are in the Hardin Valley area!

Jeremy and Kyle are professionals, and did a great job on replacing my tankless water heater. Jeremy did everything he could to save it and made several trips before I finally made the call to replace it. I highly recommend Jeremy and the team at Pipe Doctors!!!!

I’ve used Pipe Doctor for all my plumbing issues and they are first rate. Jeremy, Isaac and Evan are excellent technicians that know how to provide quality work. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Pipe Dr did a job 1200 dollars cheaper than the first quote I got. Jeremy was great he came out for the initial quote and then back for the job got it done so fast ..restored my kitchen sink ..very nice . Very professional..I will use the pipe Dr for all future plumbing...highly recommend

We had a pipe bust and was without water, and Pipe Doctor came out the same day. Joe Braden and Tommy came out and they were very nice and got the job done very quick replacing the busted pipe. I had the water back on within an hour of them being here. Highly recommend them!
