Their drivers can't seem to park properly. Blocking an entrance at a waffle house while they are inside eating.

My parents are in their 80’s and needed a new toilet put in. Joseph came out and went above and beyond when the toilet they purchased ended up not working. He came back out the same day after we got another toilet and he installed it for them so they didn’t have to go downstairs in the night to use the bathroom. Great service and very friendly.

Joseph and Kayden came out too fix a leak with no pressure on my bathroom and within a few minutes Joseph had prob fixed. In no time very professional and honest.

Joe Braden is definitely a five star service provider. He is very knowledgeable in his field of service. His customer relation skills are exemplary. He is A+. I would give him more than five stars if I could.

They were able to come out same day. Joseph Braden and Caden were friendly and completed the job efficiently. I will use them in the future and would recommend.

Absolutely insane and dangerous driving by whoever was in your company truck in Clinton today (10/23) at 4:30. After reading some of your reviews, I see this is a common issue that has yet to be resolved. I saw multiple people be ran off into turn lanes to avoid being hit by whoever was in your company truck and one was ran off the road completely. Horrible company representation and they are going to hurt someone, or worse, one day. Fix this!

I cannot say enough about the service James and Daniel provided. They quickly diagnosed an ongoing issue that had been a source of frustration for a few months. They went above and beyond by bringing KUB on site to ensure it was fully resolved. Their professionalism, respect, and courtesy made the experience stress-free, and they saved me weeks of wasted time and headache. I will absolutely be requesting James and Daniel for any future plumbing needs.!

The staff was pleasant, Carson and Jeremy were great so work with and got me scheduled quickly to repair a leak I had where my water main came into my house and got the job done quickly and properly. Reasonable pricing as well.

Had excellent service from Joseph and Kaden. They came out quick and fixed the issue with our toilet and a shower drain. Super nice guys. Highly recommend them and everyone at the Pipe Doctor.

We had a sewer backup and called Pipe Doctor. James and Daniel arrived to get us sorted. Unfortunately the problem was much more substantial than a simple clogged line.

James and Daniel worked for hours and with multiple machines to try to clear the line, explaining and showing us on camera what was going on.

They also discovered that our recently remodeled bathroom was plumbed all wrong and the drains were angled the wrong way. James and Daniel worked their butts off over multiple days doing what needed to be done.

In short, James, Daniel, Carson, and the rest of the Pipe Doctor team are great and got the job done… all while keeping us informed and with realistic expectations through a difficult time.

Had Jeremy come out after other plumbers couldn’t find or fix our problem. He showed us the problem via a camera in the pipes and spent about two hours here and fixed our issue. When he was done he reviewed it all with us and showed us a camera view of our pipes to compare. I’d highly recommend!!

We purchased our new construction home a year ago, and within the first two months we began experiencing issues with frequent toilet clogs and low water pressure. When we first called, the company sent Jeremy, who was dismissive and simply said it was a clogged toilet. The problem returned multiple times, and despite having someone come out four times, nothing was resolved. We finally had to hire another company for a second opinion, and they discovered a belly in the line. Pipe Doctor later confirmed this and sent someone to fix it.

Unfortunately, the issues came back again. When I called, the receptionist was extremely rude and transferred me to service without letting me finish my question. Over the next two weeks, two more technicians came out, but again, nothing improved—until James and Daniel showed up.

James and Daniel were outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it within a week, and even addressed our water pressure problem that no one else seemed to care about. They went above and beyond, checking in afterward to make sure everything was still working properly.

The only reason this is a 5-star review is because of James and Daniel. They truly cared and made sure we were taken care of. I hope to never call Pipe Doctor again, but if i did, I would specifically request them.

I’ve had the Pipe Doctor come out and do several jobs. Every time they have been professional and knowledgeable. I had an emergency plumbing issue recently and Daniel and James were excellent and made sure things were done right. Definitely will be using them again for my bathroom remodel.

I had sewer issues bad James and Daniel came out. We’re very professional explained everything to me thoroughly showed me The camera hid nothing from me helped me in dealing with the city sewer part of it. They were amazing if I could give them more than five stars I would I’ve been in construction for 40 years and dealt with a lot of plumbers. No one else will do my plumbing needs, but James and Daniel.

Called the Pipe Doctor for a toilet issue which unexpectedly turned into a septic tank issue. I am so thankful for James who was able to walk us through everything. I highly recommend James. He is knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done right. He is the guy to call!!

I just had to share, Thursday we asked The pipe doctor to come out and help us with our plumbing, our kitchen drainage wasn't working. We had them come out a few months ago and take a look. The plumber who was sent out at first, didn't fix the problem properly. He's no longer with the company. When we called Wednesday, Our call was picked up promptly and he respectfully heard our concerns. Thursday, we had the pleasure of meeting Daniel and James. They showed up on time, jumped right in and assessed the issue. These guys are EXPERIENCED!!! We've worked with several contractors and have never seen professionalism Like them. They worked hard to make things right. This was a big job. They found years of buildup in the pipes, they worked inside and outside by the septic, brought in the right tools and machines and got us back to fighting fit. If you need anything done as far as plumbing, big job or small, call this company and ask to have James and Daniel out, they are fair, honest and hard working. We are 💯 satisfied. Thank you guys!
