Called to schedule a consultation, was somewhat rude and short on the phone as if I was annoying him. However, he scheduled a consultation for the same day and said he would call me before coming. Never called, was a no-call, no-show. A very unprofessional experience for me during our brief interaction

I had Dr. Electric come in to check out some faulty wiring and outlets that were sparking when turned on. They removed the outlets and replaced with new ones and checked out the whole house. 2 guys showed up and they were very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dr. Electric!!!

Not bad, Just make sure you're not the first one of the day for they charge you the time they leave the shop and they don't tell you that and since they are a ways away, the first job of the day gets hit pretty hard with labor time charges. Plus, if they have to get parts because they don't carry many, they charge you labor time while they shop.

Thankyou and Cody for the job at my daughters in Joelton; electricity off and on in parts of the house. Other nationwide company only looked at the panel and said: needs to replaced and cost would run $2,000.00 plus. Your company took care of the problem for few hundred.

We have a bad breaker in our circuit box, and Jimmy and his apprentice, Robert, came out around 5.00 last night and fixed it, but later on, the circuit blew again, and Jimmy came all the way back from Hendersonville to Brentwood, assessed the problem, fixed it, and made suggestions that were greatly appreciated. I cannot express how thankful we are for Jimmy and Dr. Electric's honesty, dedication, and great employees. We will always use Dr. Electric for any future problems. Thank you so much.

Called three times, the first two times my call was rejected. The third time I was answered by someone who was very gruff and sounded like I had thoroughly irritated him by calling and trying to give him business. I told him what I was needing and he told me quickly he would call me back and then hung up on me. He did not get my name, and I was calling from my work number so he had no way to actually get in touch with me.

Had them come out and they found a bad switch. Charged $100 trip charge and $2 for part. Told us guaranteed for year, call if any more problems. Next day, that same light wouldn't work. They came back out and said it was a different switch but obviously one in the same circuit. Charged $75 dollars. You would have thought that would have been included in his "year" warranty or at least something he would have checked with his first trip.
