Ben Bohl and his team were very professional, courtesy and friendly. He explained how they would repair the chimney prior to beginning their work. The quality of their work is exceptional. They were very efficient with no mess. I was impressed with the knowledge they brought to repairing my chimney and would recommend them to others.
Trey Hill, the Sales consultant who made the initial inspection, did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and brings many years of experience. Trey is highly professional and provided a very detailed inspection. His report was detailed in his findings and documented to his issues and concerns with my chimney. His repair plan provided me with several options. Trey was very good with answering all questions and providing me a better understanding to the issues. I do recommend Trey Hill to others in need of his expertise and the services provided by Chim Chimney.

Trey Hill was an excellent technician today during my chimney cleaning and inspection. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that I had. Absolutely no questions were left unanswered, and the visible changes in the chimney sweep were noticeable via the pictures and the camera that he used. He kept the areas clean. I highly recommend him from Chim Chimney.

Alias gave excellent service today on my dryer vent cleaning and chimney and fireplace logs. I have been wanting to get these done. Pleasant, thorough, professional, answered all questions, on time. Cleaned up after. I definitely recommend Chim Chimney!!

We received a text before they arrived, giving us plenty of time to put the dogs up. He described the work he was doing and kept us informed the whole time. He left us feeling good about the state of our gas fireplace. The cleanliness and respect was very much appreciated!

Landon and James did a wonderful job. Quick, clean and efficient. Very personable team that puts you immediately at ease. Estimate was a range of options with no attempt at a hard sell “up charge.” Landon was able to get the work scheduled for this week, since I need it done quickly. Price, while more than I expected, was reasonable for the amount of materials and labor that was explained to me. Top notch folks.

Well, this seems like a good company but they wanted to charge me $120 to give me an estimate to replace the current gas logs in our home. The representative I spoke to said this was a necessary inspection for safety. I’m all for safety and I’m happy to pay this fee once we have agreed on terms for the whole project. Charging a fee to bid on a job is a bit of a head scratcher.

The representative who came to our house was very knowledgeable and focused on our situation. After a thorough check of things he made a nexr steps proposal that should work. He was very personable and professional and when he left we were confident he would see our project through.

A follow up today was done by Ross and Rutger and as before they were prompt , polite and went right to work and completed the repair. This company clearly stands behind their work

Their workmanship was truly exceptional, and the entire team maintained an incredibly clear and consistent communication loop throughout the process, which was first-class. In September of 2024, I decided to switch my wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. Fortunately for me I have natural gas in my house and a gas line was installed in my fireplace when my home was built 20 years ago. I asked around and researched as to which company did good fireplace and chimney work. Based on what I was told or read, Chim Chimney came highly recommended and had great reviews. I hired Chim Chimney to switch out the fireplace and install a new chimney cap. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the entire company. Their customer service people I dealt with in person and on the phone were polite, professional and responsive. The company's technicians who came to my house for an assessment and install were outstanding as well. They were timely and notified me in advance, their install work was excellent and tidy. The installers also took the time to explain things and answer any questions. My neighbor saw the company vehicles in my driveway and inquired as to what work I was having done. I told them and a month later I saw a Chim Chimney van in their driveway. I would recommend this company for those who have fireplace and/chimney issues.

We’ve been using them since 2018 and they are great. Always friendly and professional. They give lots of details and provide solutions. They have done our regular dryer vent and fireplace cleanings as well as installed and rerouted a vent and fireplace cap for us.

Excellent service experience today. Ethan and David were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. They did exactly what we wanted and provided and very detailed estimate of all options to correct any issues. We never felt pressured in the least. This was a very pleasant experience and will certainly use Chim chimney for all my fireplace related needs.

Ron came out and cleaned our fireplace. He was extremely professional and kind. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable. You could tell he really loved what he did and was experienced.
