Love this store compared to home depot.seems like every time I go to home depot they have isles blocked stocking something

Hardware galore. Easy return policy. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff help out in the various departments.

It would be 5 stars if the people working in lawn & garden knew something about lawn & garden! Friendly usually & just sometimes seem pressured because of the traffic through that dept with limited check out people.

I love to browse through the indoor plant selection, and they take pretty good care of them. Some good deals too!

Great place. I usually stop by early morning to get in, get out. Good selection of normal plants for anything specific or not as expected I go to a local not chain.

This "garden center"...rolls eyes, is absolutely dirty. Most plants were very dry and others extremely over watered. The plant selection has become a stagnant disappointment. I strongly suggest Bates Nursery in Whites Creek.

Waited over 20 minutes for help. No one ever showed. Lowes wins hands down they are always there to help unlike this home depot

My visit to the Garden Center was a quick in and out. The gentleman who loaded my car with bags of Evergreen Top Soil was so nice. This is such a helpful service when I purchase heavy items.

I've been in the process of putting my deck garden in and I am wrapping it up today. Got some tomato wire baskets for $2 each which is a great deal. I was in quick and out quick, no long lines to have to wait through. Friendly and helpful staff made shopping a breeze. Lowes offers military, active and former, a 10% discount which always helps.I definitely like to support places that support the military!

So helpful! Lance & the people over in the garden center made sure I knew what I needed before I even came into the store. I ahead called with questions they talked me through it all. I even emailed a picture of where I’m wanting to plant to confirm it’s good enough, and they stayed on the line with me and gave me some gardening coaching over the phone. Help like this is the reason I keep coming back to Hermitage Lowes for all my project needs :)

I love getting tons of stuff at lowes. Im an avid planter and buy most everything from lowes. 10/10

Was 2 people behind a customer returning something and the manager (well I guess he was) was not only rude to that customer but also condescending. I heard the employee and the manager (after the customer left) say rude and racists things about the customer.... They are kind of behind some shelves to the left but I could hear them.

I asked them if they having a bad day since it seemed like they were being less than professional... the employee just rolled their eyes and walked off. Another person came up to help but I've not been back since.

I won't to go a store that treats their customers like they did this guy. That customer was an older older woman so maybe they thought it would be fun to harass her, idk.

Thanks Home Depot for actually liking your customers.

TL;DR - Save time and money and call this company now.

Devin is an absolute professional through and through. Courteous, reasonable, thorough, efficient. He saved me hours of time and effort. He worked quickly, but not rushed or hurried. He just knows his equipment and the task at hand extremely well. Above all, his work was done in a safe and neat manner which is more than most contractors are willing to give homeowners. He also gave a better price than two other local companies I contacted. Will be recommending him to anyone and everyone who needs this service. Thanks for a job done very well! (For photo context: the removal consisted of 3 med-large stumps that I had tried to grind myself with a rental, along with 4-5 smaller stumps all along the property line, as well as the one you see me holding, which needed to be pulled up since it was growing on a fence line. Save yourself the time and trouble of a DIY approach here. I wish I had called Devin first, and he still saved me time/effort/money).
