AKA was great to work with from start to finish. I received a reasonable up front quote, they communicated about timing of the service and the men who performed the tree removal were professional and very efficient. They even put down plywood so the bobcat would not damage the grass. I would highly recommend AKA!

I read so many great reviews and was impressed. Here I sit for the 3rd appt still awaiting my tree service. I was given a good price to top tree and did agree to wait a month for being in my area. Month came and went for my appt. Not even a phone call saying not coming. I called several time and we agreed to reschedule another month. That was for yesterday. Again no call no show. I called numerous times, left messages and finally called main number. 2nd call back to main number finally got a call. Was told getting with the GM on job and see if can come yesterday afternoon, 9 granted it did rain, but the follow up or reschedule info could have been done as promised), BUT…would keep me in loop and let me know. Here I sit, again next day with no call no in the loop update, NOTHING…A good deal/price is NOT a good deal if you NEVER call your customers or even bother to let them know your not even coming. This is so disrespectful and not at all good customer service. The kicker is, I have 2 neighbors awaiting to see the type work they do as they all need tree service and tree removals. I caint say I want my name or referrals on this type service. 3rd time NO show, NO call, NO service…wow. I will update the job, service and experience…once the job is ever done.

UPDATE: As stated above, I have to update as of now the job was done and completed. I am very pleased and impressed with Devon and the team for a job well done. I was a little worried what yard would look like as I have a lawn company that just finished my lawn that morning. I have to say, the guys left my yard exactly the way they found it and cleaned and hauled off everything. They were very professional, courteous, and did an awesome job.i would recommend AKA Tree Service to anyone. Thank you again Devon and your great team of guys for making a happy customer with a job well done.

We chose AKA Tree Service based on their reviews and history of Arbor knowledge. The crew was efficient in the care of trimming trees and ornamental hedges that are sentimental to us. They met with us upon arrival to confirm orders and changes if needed. They were happy for us to observe and answer any questions during the job. Our experience with AKA Tree Service was courteous, professional from the meeting with the representative, thoroughness of the crew, clean up and the fair and reasonable price.

Quick and efficient work & stellar communication. Literally got everything done without me even noticing. Beni was easy to talk to and made the process simple. Highly recommend!

Beni was the certified arborist with whom we worked. He communicated in a timely manner with a fully documented quote as well as the company’s bona fides for bonding. (The quote was the lowest of three we received.) And then the crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job on a difficult tree that was close to three neighboring fences. There was no way to get a machine in there so it was all done by a climber and a team with ropes. It was like watching a high wire act. And then they hauled off the branches and logs and left the site pristine.

Beni came out and gave an estimate for this huge hack berry tree that was hanging over the roof. The crew came out within a couple of days and finished it all in one day. They also cleaned up all the huge branches. The gutter got a bit bent from the ladders but they were out the next day to fix it! Will definitely be using their services for any future tree needs.

Beni and his crew were great! Beni came on site for the initial quote and was super informative and helpful. Great communication throughout the entire process. Crew showed up on time and did excellent work. Removed 6 tall/dead trees near my home in a tight space. Thanks!

Sean was very professional. I called in and left my name and number and with 20 minutes he called me back and then within 24 minutes he was at my house. He walked around and took pictures and saw what needed to be done and he wrote up the proposal before he left my driveway and sent it to me He actually got me down for the next day to get the trees removed because I could not leave my house and I have critical health issues and I already had canceled six appointments that week that I needed to be at so he immediately got it done the very next day so I would be able to go to the hospital if I needed to and the rest of my appointments for my critical health conditions his team came out The very next day They were also very professional and they cleaned up and did a really excellent job. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a professional Tree Service company and does what they say that they will do!

Beni had his crew ready and on time. They did an excellent job. They removed two over 90 feet white pine trees that were leaning dangerously toward my house. The area was cleared of all limbs and debris. I would strongly recommend AKA Tree Service!

It all began with the very professional estimate. Chandler provided an estimate that was not only clear and easy to read but included there license and insurance. There's an old saying you get what you pay for and we most definitely got that. If you're looking for a guy with a ladder and saw this is not for you. They were not the cheapest quote for sure, but if you want it done right and on time this is the company I would highly recommend

AKA Tree Services did a great job in removing three large hackberry trees close to and in between our house and our neighbors. We received bids from three groups and chose AKA Tree Services. Before doing so, I checked with four references and received very strong recommendations from the three that replied shortly after I texted. Our AKA contact - Heath H - explained their work, provided proof of insurance, and gave me referrals. He was there in the morning to start the crew and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job. They were careful with our property and cleaned everything up when finished. I am comfortable to given them a very strong recommendation.

Marcelo and his guys are so quick taking down a massive pine tree in my yard. 4 hours start to finish. Amazing prices and great communication. Highly recommend!

Mario was incredibly kind. This company is very quick and affordable. Came out the same week I called and took care of some major dead limbs overhanging our house, probably 40 feet high. Amazing! Will be calling again for future tree service needs.

Called the number and got the estimate the same day. Then came out 30 minutes early and didn’t leave till job was done. Marcelo was affordable and quick to respond. My neighbor even got estimates because of their work ethic and quick response. When she heard the price, which was $1,000 less than the first two people I called, she will also be using their services. If I have any other needs for their services I know I am in good hands.
