I recently used Bin There Dump That for a dumpster rental. The service itself was fine, but there was a frustrating issue with weight limits. I was told on the phone (multiple times) that the weight limit was 2 tons and was made aware of the overage cost, but I didn’t expect to exceed the 2-ton limit. When the invoice came, I was surprised by the extra charges for additional weight, which were quite high. I may have missed some details in the confirmation email, but I feel that the weight limits should have been clearly stated on their website and over the phone.

The actual delivery and pickup were smooth, but this miscommunication and the unexpected cost took away from the experience. Make sure you double-check the weight limits before booking, as the final charges might surprise you.

I chose this company because of the fantastic reviews. They were quick to answer all my questions and worked to determine the perfect dumpster placement using google earth. Unfortunately I was out of town when the dumpster was delivered and it was put on a different side of the building, which necessitated carrying all items down a second staircase and then walking them around the building. I called the next day to see if they would move the dumpster to the original spot and was told they couldn’t fit the dumpster in our originally agreed upon spot (which wasn’t true) and couldn’t move it until a weekday. Our team had to work extra hours to carry everything to the new dumpster site. Make sure you are present when your dumpster is delivered!

Needed a dumpster short notice and they were able to deliver one the following day! They have great and friendly staff that are great at communicating and made the process of getting a dumpster really easy.

Used a 15 yard dumpster for residential purposes. Service was fantastic. Drop off and pick up were seamless. I definitely recommend Bin There Dump That.

I needed a dumpster and they were absolutely amazing! I cannot imagine using any other service. when I explained my reason for needing the dumpster, they worked even harder to accommodate my needs. They put the dumpster where you need it and deliver it to you promptly! I will never use another company!! Super friendly, accommodating, prompt and affordable!!!

"Bin There Dump That" is a great company. I ordered the 10 foot dumpster. It was delivered on time and the driver was GREAT!
He called first to let me know the delivery time. When he came up to the site, he helped me find a good place and position to place it.
The office staff was so nice to me and filled me in on any questions I had.

I had it for 2 weeks and when they picked it up they placed a tarp over it and cleaned up the site.

This is my second time using the services of this company. I received at 15 cubic yard (I think that's the correct measure) for a big cleanout of downstairs basement and the garage. The customer service is exceptional. The delivery was made on time. I was impressed that the driver placed protectors under the dumpster to protect my driveway. I also very much liked that dumpster had large doors on the end so that we could walk into the dumpster to place larger items strategically. I was asked if there was a way they could improve their services. I'm not sure how they could. They provide what they say they will provide in the timeframe on which we agreed. I have nothing negative to say in this review and will recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. I will be calling them again after the first of year when I start tackling my indoor closets!

SERVPRO of Fort Oglethorpe and Ringgold needed roll off containers for a large project. We got in touch with Bin There Dump That and they have been incredible. They provided dumpsters on the morning we requested and have a dedicated driving assigned to us to make us look great in front of our customer and to keep this project rolling. I highly recommend this company anytime you need a dumpster. They are incredible.
