I cannot thank these cleaning ladies enough! I suffer from some chronic health issues- psoriasis and IBS. My apartment got really far behind in cleaning due to this. I was in desperate need. My normal cleaning ladies could not come due to the pandemic, but referred me to this company and I have to say, I'm so thoroughly impressed not only with their kindness, compassion, and professionalism, but the levels they went to for me to clean my apartment so that I could rest easy. They were so friendly and non-judgmental and the price was more than fair for their time and their work.

I'll definitely be calling on this company again in the future!

TruBlue of Chattanooga cleaned our screen porch today and did a fantastic job! They cleaned all of the nasty pollen from the porch and carried furniture and cushions down from our storage room upstairs. They were also cheerful and polite. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Had them to install new bathroom vanity and light, paint all interior walls, trim and doors, installed new front and side doors and do a back slash in the kitchen and they replaced all the kitchen cabinet knobs. They did an amazing job!!!

Brian and his team were great. They were prompt, professional, and pleasant to be around. They rebuilt my kitchen after an insurance claim. Brian listened to my concerns and offered great solutions, helping to both upgrade the kitchen and stay within budget. The work was done very well. I would like to re-hire this team for future projects.

We were introduced to Brian from TruBlue after an unfortunate kitchen incident left us with warped floors and a garage ceiling needing repair.

We wanted to go ahead and have all the flooring redone instead of just fixing the areas that were ruined. We decided to get rid of our hardwood floors for porcelain tile and have that installed all through the main floor.

For the portion that insurance covered, Brian worked with us to get together a very detailed estimate for our insurance adjuster for the damaged parts of the floor and garage. He also worked with us on a remaining estimate for the additional work. We probably emailed him 20 different times during this process and he always answered within 24 hours, usually within 8. He never had an issue going over previously discussed things for verification and was always very courteous with my thousands of questions.

He had an amazing team that came out and did the work. Dennis, who was the tiler, was absolutely amazing. He was so detailed and left our home as clean as possible every day sometimes staying later to pick up. The floor is perfection because of him and his expertise. He was great to work with and would also answer any questions I had. My spouse and I both work from home and stayed upstairs during the work but Dennis always made sure he tiled the floor in a way that we would have paths around the main floor after he left. And again the floor is absolute perfection.

We would absolutely work with Brian and Dennis again and plan on it next year when we want to have the upstairs tiled as well! Everyone one met from Brian's team was top notch! Brian was professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. My team manages a lot of properties in the Chattanooga area, and Amber and Brian have been amazing to work with on our turnover items! An extremely good experience. I had 8 boards on my deck + a front porch step that needed replacing.

I really like the automation TruBlue uses to stay in touch with customers as the process progresses, from scheduling a quote to the actual repair and follow-up.

I also love how easy it is to get ahold of a real person!

James did an absolutely fantastic job with the repairs and was friendly and fast. The job came in under quote, too, which was a great surprise!

The only suggestion I have for the company is to have some kind of automation in place between finalizing of the quote and scheduling the service. My job was small, so they had to fit me in, which is no problem, but I do feel like it would have helped to have weekly updates as to when I would be taken care of.

Without their experience and wisdom, we would have been seriously taken advantage of. I had a great experience with TruBlue in repairing our bathroom floor. Brian quickly sent us a very fair estimate and he was able to have Dennis and James start within a few days. They were very respectful of our home and they worked so quickly! They finished the work within a couple hours and then spent extra time making sure everything was spotless when they were done. I am so fortunate that they responded to my needing a complete floor replacement disaster in a rental property. They took over from a larger restoration company that would have done an incomplete job.

The previous company was not going to replace the rotting base under my sink cabinet.

My residence experienced rain leakage which damaged one side of my the house which was supposed to have been ‘repaired’ before I moved in. It had only been repaired inside. It took years for the problem to show again.

Later, when it rained sideways it became apparent that the problem was never addressed at the source where a deck attached to the second floor.

I had multiple people come to look at the problem but only Brian with True Blue had a clue as to understanding the problem first, then had fantastic crew to fix a complicated but not huge problem.

In a very reasonable amount of time, between dodging rain and sufficiently covering unfinished work with plastic, they replaced a sliding door with windows, and removed, replaced and painted all drywall and walls necessary. Additionally they repaired the siding last.

Brian came through twice big time for me.

Sent well qualified workers to replace siding. Work was done in 2 days and the workers were courteous. Chic Kneck did an excellent job of keeping us informed as to the progress and frequently check on the progress of the workers.

Brian and his crew are top notch. The experience and professionalism blew me away as well as the finished product. The crew tore off our old deck and built us an amazing new one with a new roof and screened in porch. They were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, but the workmanship was far beyond the price we paid. I felt comfortable with my wife and kids at home with the crew there and my son was even sad to see them leave because of how nice and fun they were. I cannot recommend TruBlue of Chattanooga enough.
