Big shoutout to Hiller for quickly repairing my tankless water heater.
Technician, Mike K. did a fabulous job. He is an asset to your company. Ten year parts and labor warranty on my water heater came in very handy. Highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience!! Could not be happier. Looked over everything and explained what was needed. Truly cared about the comfort of my family and did not in anyway try to drive up the cost. Honest people that are caring

Mike and the whole Hiller team were very professional. I’ll admit I was hesitant to use such a big company as Hiller because I try to stay local but I could not have asked for a better service. I was impressed with their professionalism and how they picked up after themselves. You would have expected a mess with such a big job but you can’t even tell they were here working for 4 days. Absolutely no complaints on my end. I would highly recommend Hiller for any plumbing and electrical work. Great job team.

This was our first time to contact Hiller after receiving a recommendation from a friend. The technician was able to come the next day after making the appointment for a spring AC cleaning and tune up. The technician, Keith, called before arriving, sent a picture of himself so we would know who to expect and arrived quickly. The AC cleaning and tuneup service exceeded our expectations. Additionally, Keith was professional, friendly and very conscientious.
We give Hiller 5 stars and definitely recommend!

We had water damage and could not determine the source of the leak. Called Hiller. They sent out two lead technicians, Jesse and Kenneth from Jackson TN. The guys performed a few tests and within minutes found AND fixed the leak. They saved me thousands of dollars because another company told me it looked like a slab leak!. Jesse and Kenneth were fast, professional and courteous. They put on the shoe bootys to help protect our hardwood floors without being asked as well. They also gave suggestions on a remediation company. Very satisfied with these two and Hiller. I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services

Needed a 220/240 volt 50 amp (NEMA 14-50) outlet installed in my garage for my son’s Tesla EV, when he visits. Gabe Salazar did the install and was friendly, professional and efficient every step of the way. He inspected all wiring in breaker box to ensure everything was to code and scanned for hot spots. He also added screws to the cover (original contractor only had 2 of 6 screws to hold panel in place). I am very pleased this could be done prior to the holidays when the EV will need charging upon my son’s arrival.

I had a pipe under my house that was leaking. I called this morning, and they were here this afternoon, right when they said they would be here. He found and fixed the problem quickly and answered all our questions. Thank you so much Hiller!

Mike was excellent. He checked all of the electrical circuits, the panel and even checked to make sure our AC issue wasn’t due to an electrical issue

Robert came as the AC technician nd he too was excellent. Checked the entire upstairs system, found a blown fuse in the air handler and then made sure the main unit was ok.

BOTH were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

He did an excellent job and truly represents the best of Hiller’s service. Highly recommend!

We had our water heater break over the weekend. Called Hiller and they came about an hour later (amazing!). After inspecting, they were able to install a new water heater for us over the same weekend. The response time and work ethic of the technicians Henry and Gavin were amazing during our stressful time! I haven't had such an easy, fast and stress-free interaction with a company in a long time!

The first tech came out 29SEP, our unit stopped cooling. He found the part that needed replacing, quoted me around $800 and replaced the part. A while later he came in and told me he found a problem, long story short, it was a major component that needed replacing. I was quoted about $2,500 for that part to be replaced. The unit was older, that didn’t make sense. We then asked for a quote to replace the unit entirely. John Michael came out to assess the situation and go over our options. Throughout this process, he has been wonderful. We decided on the unit, then we had to wait. I had brain surgery on 02OCT and let them know beforehand that we would have to work on communication and scheduling for this reason. The second week of October, they came to replace the unit. Two men showed up, introduced themselves and got to work. They ran into a problem with the ductwork shortly after removing the old unit and were at a standstill until John Michael came back out and we figured out what to do. We had the estimate for replacing the ductwork on 16OCT. The decision was made to replace everything. An incredibly expensive decision. The guys put the new unit in, with an additional filter to protect it which was appreciated, then we would wait for the ductwork to be replaced and the unit install could be finished at that time. It’s important to note that the gas for the heat was not connected at this time due to them pulling the unit again when replacing the ductwork. We were told to call if it got too cold and they’d come out to connect it for us. The following week they came to rip out the old ductwork, I was told the new ductwork could not be flex pipe (code changes) and that they had to assemble the new ductwork at their facility and transport it here. I was not given a timeframe for any of this. It took weeks for the ductwork to be “made” and installed. Meaning we had no heat/air and there were open holes throughout the house to the outside. This was incredibly frustrating. There was no sense of urgency at all. There was also no communication. There was a lot of time spent with people here working with very little progress made. With a task of this magnitude, you’d expect frequent noise and movement, there were times that I thought they’d left, but they hadn’t. After they got most of the ductwork in, they were reminded that the vent covers and return covers needed changed as well as a return and vent added in the back of the house. This surprised them and it took weeks to accomplish. The last couple of guys came Friday of last week, 21NOV. They were supposed to replace the return covers and the vent covers. They were here from 0830-1520….all day. When they left, two return covers had been replaced and 5 vent covers out of 13 were exchanged. They left a pile of covers under a table, didn’t say a word and left. There were not enough covers left to replace all of the vents. After several messages back and forth, John Michael came out today, 26NOV. He replaced all of the covers and did a walk through to check the work that had been done. He made note of a few more things he would like to take care of and let me know it would be handled. I truly do appreciate how hard he has worked to stay on top of things, I know there are many other jobs and people to manage. He has also always moved quickly to address concerns we have brought to his attention. That being said, Hiller is a large commercial business. I expected better from them. This has been dragged out for far too long and it is largely due to employees not working efficiently. Under no circumstances should it take two trained people 7 hours to do 2 hours of work and then leave with the job still not done. I don’t think leaving customers with no heat/air and open holes in their house with little communication and no timeline to restore things is a good business practice, considering the amount of money we spent. Being proactive instead of reactive would go a long way, so would communication and realistic expectations being set. Overall this has been a frustrating experience.

Hiller service was amazing, I called to see if someone could come out and see about my heating unit and turned out we needed another one. With the weather getting colder outside Brandon Maness with Hiller company was determined to get our family some heat before he left our very cold home. The next day Adrian Flowers and his crew with Hiller company was installing a brand new unit and within the hour we had heat. Both Brandon and Adrain’s crew was very knowledgeable about the unit and informed us that we call any time we needed help, Thank you so much to Hiller, my family really appreciate it!

First off this is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hiller. We bought a fixer upper house in TN which if the power was off for over a year then a state inspection must be done which we failed miserably. I called an electrician from the BBB site and he kindly came out and after assessing the situation, told me that it would be too big of a task for him alone to complete and recommended a company that has a crew. Well after 2 days of trying to get someone out to assess the situation and their never getting back to me, we called 2 other companies. One would be the next day and the other was Hiller that came out right away. Now mind you, this is summer and we'd already been living in the house with No power for AC. I appreciated that Chance and Luke came out right away. And not only did they assess the situation but had a recommendation to move our meter away from the big tree and branches of its current position to avoid issues down the road. Keith the finance guy and project manager came out later to discuss cost and financing.
The next day I was blown away because there were so many electricians out here - Luke, Daniel, Blake, Gabe and Chance to work on switching out our old fuse box and replacing it with a new updated one but also moving the meter! I was highly impressed with their professionalism and kind manners in the heat. Keith even came out to make sure everything was going well and to let me know that If I ever needed anything to call him.
Once the 2 projects were approved by a state inspector, Luke and Daniel (and Zach one of those times) came back out 3 more times to finish up the electrical work so it would pass state inspection but when they saw other issues like improper and burnt wires they went above board and replaced them to make sure that we would be safe (they Really DO care about their customers!)
Near the end of it all we discovered that my "handyman" wasn't so handy after all and messed up alot of the plumbing under the house so Luke called Keith for me and Kenneth came out immediately to try to get us some hot water. He ended up having to come back the next morning to finish. This is getting quite lengthy so I won't get into all of the details of the rest of the financing for this but I will say that there truly ARE Angels that work for Hiller!! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each and everyone of these fine gentlemen have done for us and that includes Keith's boss who had to approve of all of the changes made with the financing. I have already been recommending this fine company by word of mouth!
Let's just say that they... especially Keith, Luke, Daniel, and Kenneth far exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and extreme kindness.
    Thank You ALL so much!

Update...a different Blake had to come out to fix a faulty breaker switch and was very professional and kind. I appreciate his quick service.

Called Hiller to troubleshoot a gurgling sound in a sink and water coming up through a basement floor drain. The technician, Corey, was unable to reproduce the problem and he feels it likely that we had a “soft clog” in a drain line that has since cleared on its own. We paid for a service call, but there were no other charges since he did no labor and replaced no parts.
