I wrote a review last evening about my experience with Hiller that was unfair. Basically, I didnt have done what I thought should have been done quickly and easily by the professionals Hiller has a reputation for being. Several factors were in play preventing it from happening. Yes, there were a few mishaps but things happen. Hiller stands behind there name and their word. Happy Hiller has made me very very happy. I want to thank Mike for his professionalism, expertise, humor, and explaining what needed to be done and how to go about it. I definitely will recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing services. I am a Happy Hiller client!! Thank you again to Don for taking the time to personally reaching out to me first thing this morning and sending me help. Great help! Also, Shane from the Nashville office called to make sure I was taken care of. You all know how to treat your customers. I know now why you are rated so high.

I needed sconces removed from my room in my apartment and then put up in a house we just bought a few miles away. Hiller sent Chase and Gabe and they were fantastic. Super prompt and professional, cheerful even! They were able to do both parts (removal and installation) in one day, no need for a second appointment. They did a wonderful job! There’s literally nothing they could do to make my customer experience better.

Sometimes Hiller can be pricey, but dang, if they don’t have great people! I’m thrilled.

We had to replace the HVAC system and ductwork in the house we recently moved into. I appreciate Hiller because they came up with a solution that other companies told me wasn't possible. The guys that came out do the work were very professional and thorough. Jeremy, Josh, Jose and Gavin thank you!! You all did a fantastic job.

Andre is phenomenal! He is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I also love the peace of mind I have from getting regularly scheduled maintenance tune-ups as part of the Happy Hiller Club!

Gabe Salazar came first with Chance Norden joining him later. Both of them were very professional and did an outstanding job! They fixed some electrical issues that had been a problem for years and I am truly happy with their results. I will definitely seek Hiller again should I have any other issues!

Don’t Even Consider This Place ! We had a unit replaced in the middle of November Was lied to from the beginning And then a different crew had to come back and redo some of the work Ended up with a thermostat that is junk has never been what we were told when receiving the estimate and to top it off was told by the local office manager they would get me whatever thermostat I wanted So yes I requested a certain one well that was a month ago we haven’t heard nothing back from him since So I had to purchase one and spend more money on something that I had already purchased Please don’t allow the sunny smiling face and the logo on their vans and etc pull you in because I can say from experience it’s just a misconception to deceive people

After this review was posted I was contacted by Hiller. They seemed very interested in making the issue correct. So they did request to send someone out to install the thermostat I agreed so far so good and they also reimbursed me for the thermostat I purchased. I just really wish and was in great hopes that the entire process could have went smoother and been wrapped up a lot sooner As we all know First Impressions sum it all up 😊

John Michael is awesome! He is a professional and y'all should be so excited to have him! Robert and Zo lived having him in our home.He explained and explained things we did not think to ask Those who call him will never be sorry!! We are excited to do business with hill and Hiller Plumbing! Really excited to get our new Generac from him and Hiller!!
