We had TCS install gas logs. We noticed gas smell coming from the logs. I called Eric with our concerns and he sent his crew out for inspection. Thinking the install was the problem but it was the manufacture. They found the a leak from the loose fitting from the regulator. Very professional and very knowledgeable. We would TCS for any issues !!! You can trust them.

An HVAC contractor I had been using for years said I needed a new HVAC unit to the tune of $4000. 00. I contacted TCS for a second opinion. They came and repaired the unit fof &285.00 and it has been running fine for the last 5 years.

TCS are a pleasure to work with. I sure know who to call about HVAC now, wish I had their info years ago. Stay away from those franchise, big name companies, they are not in business to help folks. Except maybe help us empty our bank accounts.

We had a major project to resolve with water under the house and I can't speak highly enough about the patience and professionalism that we received from TCS over an extended period of time while the water management issues were resolved by a separate contractor. As soon as it was practically possible the TCS team were back at our property rebuilding the entire ductwork system under a rural property with minimal headroom. Customer for life - thank-you from our entire family!

I have used these folk;s since 2008. They show up on time. They triple check their work. They can be trusted. The staff is caring, conscientious, courteous. The three C's is what I look for when doing business. They are reasonable and competitive. My neighbor had same system installed from HOME DEPOT and paid 2975.00 more for same system and had a problem next day and had to wait a week for service call .
