What locals say about Cabinet Maker in Knoxville

Visited in hopes to find good quality LVP flooring for my house remodel and these guys were great. Zach walked me around and helped me find/order exactly what I wanted. A new price increase was honored at the lower rate by management and more stock was ordered for my exact needs. When delivered I picked up and the guys helped me load it all into my truck. I would definitely recommend and will go back for future needs.

Contractor here. Very disappointed with the customer service. I stopped by to pick out countertops and explained upfront that I was in a hurry. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem and was told a quote would be sent over so I could move forward with a deposit. Unfortunately, that never happened. Over the next two weeks I called seven different times and was never able to get a response, return call, or quote. Communication was essentially nonexistent. I ended up going to another countertop company yesterday. Their technician came out the same day, provided a quote on site, and I was able to write a check and move forward immediately. The process doesn't have to be complicated. Prompt communication and follow-through go a long way.

I purchased a house that needed a complete kitchen redo. I called The Painted Room and Mr. Hardy came out looked at our job gave a timely estimate. The job started on time and finished on time. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUl! I couldn't be more thrilled with the job that they did. from beginning to end they were utmost professional and accommodating!

I'm a tile installer after I left a job completed they came in and cut through the waterproofing on a curb severing the heated shower electrical wire. I guess to make their stone fit. to date haven't paid for the repairs I had to go back and fix because of them. which was quite a bit. A stone company should not cut off any part of a shower. If they needed to adjust any part of the shower curb they should have gone through the proper channels and we could have avoided any of the destruction caused by having to remove the glass, stone, and broken tiles caused by the removal process. No good! Don't even want to write this but I didn't cause the damage.

Had a built in painted last year. Communication with sales and management was great but I would not recommend or have services done from them again. They used a paint spray which created a layer of dust on every service in the entire house 2 story house, every wall . My husband informed the tech that he did not enclose the area sufficiently but did not fix that issue. The owner was very accommodating and had cleaners come and clean the dust right away. They took the shelves off site and painted those and those came out amazing and smooth. The built in however has rough spots that are difficult to dust. The second tech that finished the job was not receptive when I pointed out places that needed to be sanded again, he seemed annoyed by me pointing things out. At that point I just wanted to be done with them and I'm left with a built in that looks fine from afar but is rough and not completely painted or sanded in some areas. Disappointed.
