They did what they said they would. They did not give any information or advice on what was later found and left lose screws. The price was high.

1:10 pm May 2 service van #11 was driving about 30mph over speed limit and changing lanes/tailgating on Pellissippi parkway. Makes for great dashcam video but makes the company look bad.

Don’t look good when one of your work trucks is pulling up at a liquor store on Kingston pike at 9am on a work day. Hopefully they didn’t drink and drive,I wouldn’t allow my company truck with my name billboard all over it to be doing this.

It is 9 pm at night and I still have two workers here trying to fix my service. I am a former electrician and can say theit work & professionalism is unequaled. This is a company that deserves every praise. Additionally...I just had two other contractora come in to do work... Campbells Pool and Spa being one...and both companies knew we used you as electricians, simply by looking at the quality of your work

Josh and Shane did an excellent job in rewiring our kitchen! And found their prices very reasonable. I will have the out again on Friday

I called and scheduled an estimate/quote for a fairly large job. No one from the company ever showed up. No one ever called.

We had squirrels in our attic and our bathroom lights quit working. I was super worried that the squirrels chewed into some wires which potentially could cause a fire. Josh and Ryan came out quickly and fixed the problem. They explained everything and eased my fears. These men are Professionals and I highly recommend them. Thank-you, Josh and Ryan!

First of all, they showed up ten minutes early for their 8am appointment, so 5-stars for punctuality! They did great work and I will definitely use them again.

Posting negative reviews should be carefully thought out. Seeing reviews that talk about where a truck was parked or how a driver drives with 1 star misses the point. This is a locally owned company with an impeccable reputation for service and quality. Major businesses all over rely on them for safe, high value work that ensures they will have dependable electric service. To degrade this business publicly for such subjective and individual behavior is to acknowledge you have not one clue how business to business transactions transpire. These reviews should help other business owners understand the experience of working with the company. And anyone who knows this company understands they are leaders at what they do. I would use them in a second for any job large or small.

Was referred to them. They finally came out for a "Free estimate" and said someone else needed to come finish the estimate. Didn't explain anything..just said estimate was incomplete and someone else needed to finish it. They explained they would come back. They never came back. Called two more times and left multiple messages and they never showed up to finish the estimate when they were supposed to. I did, however, receive a INVOICE for a estimate that was never completed! They did nothing! Unprofessional, unresponsive. RUN! I cannot imagine hiring someone with the morals to just randomly send an invoice for a job that was never done. No verbal communication. No response to messages..

They were very quick to respond. My business called late in the afternoon and they used their GPS system to reroute employees to quickly come to our business. They took the time to look carefully and give us a quote. Great company to work with and their sense of urgency was very much appreciated!

This morning some young guy was driving like a complete ahole on the interstate cutting people of riding bumpers swerving and flipping the bird. I took a picture of the van.
It was van #10 license plate #3862 9.

Just an outstanding group of people. They did three fans, a new light in a downstairs hall and rewired a shed, and they were out of here in under three hours. Best of all, they showed up right when they said they would. Very polite, very friendly - I'll use them again.
