Contacted Austin for a maintenance check on our generator which hasn’t had a check in 7 years due to lack of oversight. He had a tech onsite within a day and the tech was very knowledgeable and quickly determined what the issues were. On top of this the tech had all the parts needed to get the generator back up and running. This all was a blessing due to a huge storm coming through within a few days. Thanks to Austin and Southeast. We will definitely use them again!!

An excellent experience from the initial visit for an estimate till the final installation of our Genrerac generator. The cost estimate was detailed and provided options which included the cost. The installation was great with everything including options for items like the location of boxes being explained. The installation crew went out of their way to do things right!

We have a 50 year old home on the market. Upon the buyers inspection there were several electrical issues that needed to be addressed. We were referred to Southeast by our plumber and Caleb was our serviceman. There were several smaller items including installing junction boxes and GFCI outlets throughout the house, but the largest job by far was replacing the ancient electrical panel. Caleb did a fantastic job with this. The most challenging part was having to arrange with KUB for the power to be disconnected then reconnected! After working on the job a full day Caleb had to return for a second visit bc KUB was slow in restoring power and Caleb needed to ensure everything was functioning as it should. In addition to these things Caleb was also able to install a 4 prong grounded outlet for a clothes dryer, and we did not think this was possible. We will definitely use Southeast in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
